Rancang bangun sistem laporan kasus elektronik untuk pendidikan dokter muda menggunakan metode Activity Centered Design

Perkembangan dunia teknologi mulai berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah di bidang medis. Dalam istilah medis sudah tidak asing lagi dengan suatu hal bernama “laporan kasus”. Pada dasarnya, laporan kasus adalah catatan awal mengenai penyakit pasien yang dirawat sebelum mendapatkan penanganan lebih lanjut oleh dokter spesialis/supervisor. Laporan kasus manual yang digunakan pada saat ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu lambatnya proses pelayanan yang akan diberikan pelayan kesehatan terhadap pasien dan memiliki waktu penyusunan laporan kasus yang lebih lama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem elektronik yang dapat memberikan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, efisien, kemudahan akses program kesehatan pemerintah, dan mewujudkan sistem kesehatan nasional yang tangguh. Sistem elektronik tersebut berupa website bernama Doho Medical Record, yang memiliki user interface dan user experience yang baik dan mudah digunakan oleh perserta pendidikan dokter muda (coass) dan dokter spesialis/supervisor. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan website Doho Medical Record dengan metode Activity Centered Design. Metode ini memusatkan aktivitas sebagai tujuan utama dalam perancangan ini, sebagaimana tercermin pada aktivitas yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus oleh dokter muda dalam memasukkan laporan kasus pasien. Tahapan dari metode tersebut adalah requirement, design, implementation, dan evaluation. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan hasil evaluasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan System Usability Scale memperoleh skor sebesar 78,5. Berdasarkan acceptability range, website Doho Medical record masuk ke dalam kategori acceptable. Jika dilihat berdasarkan grade scale, website ini masuk ke dalam kategori C. Jika dilihat berdasarkan adjective ratings, website ini masuk ke dalam kategori good.

The development of technology is rapidly advancing in Indonesia. Technological progress at present has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, one of which is in the field of medicine. In medical terms, something known as a "case report" is not unfamiliar. Basically, a case report is an initial record of a patient's illness before receiving further treatment from a specialist/supervisor. The current manual case reports have shortcomings, such as the slow process of service provided by healthcare providers to patients and a longer time for case report preparation. Therefore, an electronic system is needed to enhance the quality of service, efficiency, ease of access to government health programs, and realize a robust national healthcare system. This electronic system takes the form of a website called Doho Medical Record, which has a good user interface and user experience, making it easy for young doctor trainees (coass) and specialist doctors/supervisors to use. In this study, the author designed and developed the Doho Medical Record website using the Activity Centered Design method. This method focuses on activities as the main goal in this design, as reflected in the continuous activities performed by young doctors in entering patient case reports. The stages of this method include requirement, design, implementation, and evaluation. The research resulted in an evaluation of user satisfaction based on the System Usability Scale, obtaining a score of 78.5. According to the acceptability range, the Doho Medical Record website falls into the acceptable category. Looking at the grade scale, this website falls into the C category. Based on adjective ratings, the website falls into the good category.
