Abstract

INDONESIA:

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan peningkatan dan keseimbangan antara beberapa kompetensi, yaitu kompetensi sikap (attitude), keterampilan (skill), dan pengetahuan (knowledge). Hal ini sesuai dengan amanat UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 sebagaimana tersurat dalam penjelasan Pasal 35, yaitu kompetensi lulusan merupakan kualifikasi kemampuan lulusan yang mencakup sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan sesuai dengan standar nasional yang telah disepakati. Terkait dengan hal tersebut SDN Tumpang 01 Kabupaten Malang menerapkan kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan pembelajaran yang menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Diantaranya yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana problematika perencanaan pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 oleh guru kelas IV SDN Tumpang 01 Kabupaten Malang; (2) Bagaimana problematika pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 oleh guru kelas IV SDN Tumpang 01 Kabupaten Malang; (3) Bagaimana problematika evaluasi pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 oleh guru kelas IV SDN Tumpang 01 Kabupaten Malang. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan tersebut, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mengolah data dan mendiskripsikan keadaan sesuai dengan hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Tumpang 01 Kabupaten Malang mengalami problematika perencanaan yaitu guru kelas IV menggunakan silabus yang tidak sesuai, penggunaan RPP, menyusun materi dalam setiap pembelajaran, menyusun langkah-langkah pembelajaran, merancang media dan bahan ajar tematik, dan menyusun penilaian tematik. Problematika pelaksanaan yaitu guru kelas IV mengalami permasalahan dalam penyampaian dan penguasaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penggunaan media dan sumber belajar pembelajaran tematik, penggunaan alokasi waktu, dan pelaksanaan penilaian saat proses pembelajaran. Problematika penilaian yaitu Guru kelas IV mengalami permaslahan dalam penilaian yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran; penilaian portofolio; dan penulisan hasil akhir siswa.

Orientation of the Curriculum 2013 is an improvement and balance between several competencies, which is attitude competency, skills competency, and knowledge competency. This is in accordance with the mandate of Government Law No. 20 of 2003 about National Education System, as expressed in the explanation of Article 35, that the competence of the graduates are qualified graduate capabilities that include attitudes, knowledge, and skills in accordance with national standards that have been agreed. Related to this, SDN Tumpang 01 Malang implement the curriculum 2013, but still found some learning problems to use the curriculum 2013. The problems are planning of learning, implementation of learning and evaluation of learning.

Based on the above problems, this research focused to determine (1) how the problems of learning in the curriculum planning in 2013 by a fourth grade teacher at SDN Tumpang 01 Malang; (2) How is the problematic implementation of learning in the curriculum in 2013 by fourth grade teacher at SDN Tumpang 01 Malang; (3) How is the problem of evaluation of learning in the curriculum in 2013 by fourth grade teacher at SDN Tumpang 01 Malang. To find out the problem, used a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the data, the authors used a qualitative descriptive analysis, which is data processing and describing the circumstances in accordance with the results of observation, interviews, and documentation.

Result of the research show that SDN Tumpang 01 Malang found problematic of planning that is the problems of fourth grade teacher in discrepancies syllabus, use of learning plans, preparing instructional materials in each learning, develop learning steps, designing media and thematic teaching materials, and preparing thematic assessment; the problematic of implementation is that fourth grade teacher experiencing the problems in the delivery and the mastery of learning implementation, the use of media and learning resources of thematic learning, the use of time allocation, and implementation of assessment during the learning process; problematic of assessment is that fourth grade teacher experiencing the problem in assessment in accordance with the purpose of learning; portfolio assessment; and the writing of the students final results.
