Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kurikulum 2013 yaitu kurikulum yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempersiapkan manusia agar memiliki kemampuan hidup sebagai pribadi dan warga Negara yang beriman, produktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan afektif serta mampu berkontribusi pada kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, bernegara, dan peradaban dunia. Di MI Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari, kurikulum 2013 belum sepenuhnya diimplementasikan di setiap kelas. Implementasi kurikulum 2013 hanya pada kelas 1, kelas 3 dan kelas 4. Dan dalam pengimplementasian tersebut masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dirasakan oleh guru, siswa, dan pihak sekolah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui problematika implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Integral Miftahussalimin Tawangsari Garum Blitar (2) Mengetahui upaya untuk mengatasi problematika implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari Garum Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hal ini digunakan untuk mengecek kebenaran data atau informasi yang telah dikumpulkan.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Miftahussalimin memiliki problematika dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 yaitu (1) problem implementasi pendekatan scientific (2) problem sumber dan media belajar (3) problem penilaian (4) kurang adanya sosialisasi (5) lingkungan sekolah kurang kondusif (6) problem orang tua (7) buku belum ada/ terlambat. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru tematik untuk mengatasi problem tersebut yaitu guru berusaha mengambil perhatian anak dengan menunjukkan gambar agar siswa tertarik dengan pembelajarannya, guru membuat media ajar sendiri, guru tetap mencari referensi lain untuk memperdalam masalah penilaian, guru berdiskusi dengan teman sesama guru, belajar sendiri dari internet, merubah posisi tempat duduk agar siswa tidak bosan, memberikan penjelasan kepada orang tua tentang kurikulum 2013, dan guru tidak hanya mengharapkan buku dari pemerintah tetapi berusaha mencari buku kurikulum 2013 yang lain.

Curriculum of 2013 is a curriculum which is aimed to prepare human beings to own the capability to live as individuals and citizens, who are religious, productive, creative, innovative, affective, and also be able to contribute to society, nation, world, and civilization. 2013 curriculum is not implemented utterly in each class of Islamic Elementary School Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari. It is solely applied in first, second, third, and fourth grade. In operating the curriculum, the teachers, students, and other school staffs still face some obstacles. This study is aimed to investigate (1) the implementation problem of 2013 Curriculum at Islamic Elementary School Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari Garum Blitar, and (2) the effort to solve the implementation problem of 2013 Curriculum at Islamic Elementary School Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari Garum Blitar. This study was conducted using descriptive qualitative design. The researcher collected the data by observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted an extension of observation and triangulation. It is intended to check validity of the collected data or information.
From this investigation, the researcher concluded that at Islamic Elementary School Plus Miftahussalimin Tawangsari Garum Blitar theoretically has problems in applying 2013 curriculum. They are (1) scientific approach, (2) learning media and source, and (3) assessment problem (4) less socialization, (5) un-conducive school environment, (6) parents problem, (7) no much book. Thematic teacher has attempts to solve the theoretic problems, such as trying to attract students’ interest by showing pictures in order to make them attracted to the lesson, the teachers make their own learning media, and they still find other references to deepen assessment problem. Whereas, to solve technical problems, the teachers discuss with another teacher, have self-learning from internet, change the students’ sit position so that the students are not bored, explain to parents about 2013 curriculum, and find other related references and book themselves by not depending on government.
