Supervisi pembelajaran program sistem kredit semester 2 tahun dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di madrasah yang menjadi tugas dan perhatian bersama seluruh pemangku kebijakan di dunia pendidikan khususnya kepala madrasah dan pengawas dalam menyiapkan dan menyusun proses kegiatan pembelajaran yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan mengenai tahap awal supervisi pembelajaran program SKS 2 tahun dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di MAN 1 Pasuruan; (2) mendeskripsikan mengenai tahap observasi kelas pembelajaran program SKS 2 tahun dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di MAN 1 Pasuruan; (3) mendeskripsikan mengenai tahap penilaian akhir supervisi pembelajaran program SKS 2 tahun dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di MAN 1 Pasuruan;

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dimana peneliti memaparkan peristiwa dalam penelitian. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data, peneliti secara aktif terlibat dan terlibat langsung di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden yang menjadi sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan penanggung jawab program SKS 2 tahun. Setelah data terkumpul akan dilakukan proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kredibilitas data akan diverifikasi melalui prosedur triangulasi sumber data dan teknik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pembelajaran program SKS 2 tahun dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di MAN 1 Pasuruan yakni, (1) MAN 1 Pasuruan dalam tahap awal supervisi pembelajaran yaitu proses perencanaan dan persiapan; (2) MAN 1 Pasuruan dalam observasi kelas pembelajaran program SKS 2 tahun tahun melaksanakan supervisi dengan sistem by school tidak by class, menggunakan teknik langsung dengan kunjungan kelas, pelaksanaan supervisi dengan teknologi. Hasil pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran dalam supervisi akademik pada program SKS 2 tahun di MAN 1 Pasuruan dibuktikan dengan adanya prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa, diminati oleh masyarakat, dan sebanyak 90% berhasil diterima di perguruan tinggi; (3) MAN 1 Pasuruan dalam tahap penilaian akhir supervisi pembelajaran program SKS 2 dengan memberikan rekomendasi serta mengadakan pelatihan dan workshop selain itu dalam menyelesaikan masalah tim supervisi melakukan beberapa tahap yaitu: mediasi, evaluasi dan regulasi.

ENGLISH:

The success of the learning process in madrasah which is the task and common concern of all stakeholders in the world of education, especially the head of the madrasah and supervisors in preparing and compiling the process of quality learning activities. This study aims to (1) describe the initial stage of learning supervision of the 2-year SKS program in ensuring the quality of learning at MAN 1 Pasuruan; (2) describe the observation stage of the 2-year SKS program learning class in ensuring the quality of learning at MAN 1 Pasuruan; (3) describe the final assessment stage of learning supervision of the 2-year SKS program in ensuring the quality of learning at MAN 1 Pasuruan.

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods where researchers describe events in the study. To maintain the validity of the data, researchers are actively involved and directly involved in the field. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The respondents who became the source of the data were the principal, curriculum waka, and the person in charge of the 2-year SKS program. After the data is collected, the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing will be carried out. The credibility of the data will be verified through triangulation procedures of data sources and techniques.

The results showed that the learning supervision of the 2-year SKS program in ensuring the quality of learning at MAN 1 Pasuruan, namely, (1) MAN 1 Pasuruan in the early stages of learning supervision consisted of a planning and preparation process; (2) MAN 1 Pasuruan in class observation learning for the 2-year credit program implements with a system by school not by class, using direct techniques with class visits, implementing supervision using technology. The results of the implementation of learning supervision in academic supervision in the 2-year credit program at MAN 1 Pasuruan are evidenced by the stability of students' academic and non-academic achievements, many are minimized by the community, as many as 90% have been successfully accepted at universities; (3) MAN 1 Pasuruan in the final assessment stage of learning supervision of the SKS 2 program by providing training and holding training and workshops in addition to solving problems the supervision team carried out several stages, namely: mediation, evaluation and regulation.

إن نجاح عملية التعلم في المدرسة الذي يكون واجبات واهتمام لجميع صناعي السياسات في عالم التعليم، وخاصة رئيس المدرسة والمشرفين في إعداد وإدارة عملية التعليم وكذلك ضمان جودة التعليم.. يهدف هذا البحث إلى (١) وصف عن المرحلة الأولى للإشراف على التعلم لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين في نضمين جودة التعلم بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان؛ (٢) وصف عن مرحلة الملاحظة في فصل التعلم لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين في نضمين جودة التعلم بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان؛ (٣) وصف عن مرحلة التقييم النهائي للإشراف على التعلم لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين في نضمين جودة التعلم بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان.

استخدم هذا البحث منهج البحث النوعي مع المدخل الوصفي حيث تصف الباحثة الأحداث في البحث. للحفاظ على صحة البيانات، شركت الباحثة بنشاط وشركت مباشرة في ميدان البحث. تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات، والملاحظات، والتوثيقات. كان المستجيبون الذين كانوا مصدر البيانات هم رئيس المدرسة، ونائب رئيس المناهج، والمسؤولين عن برنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين. بعد جمع البيانات، تمّت تنفيذ عملية تقليل البيانات، وعرض البيانات، واستخلاص النتائج. تمّت التحقق من مصداقيّة البيانات من خلال تثليث مصادر البيانات والتقنيات.

ظهرت نتائج البحث أن لإشراف على التعلم لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين في نصمين جودة التعلم بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان يعني، (١) تتكون المرحلة الأولى للإشراف على التعلم بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان في من عملية التخطيط والإعداد (٢) قامت مدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان بعملية الإشراف لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين من خلال تنفيذ النظام حسب المدرسة وليس حسب الفصل، باستخدام طريقة المباشرة مع زيارات الفصل، والإشراف باستخدام التكنولوجيا. تثبت نتائج تنفيذ الإشراف على التعلم في الإشراف الدراسيّ في لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان من خلال ثابت الإنجازات الدراسيّ وغير الدراسيّ للتلاميذ، وأكثير المطلوب من المجتمع، واتصل إلى ٪٠٩ الذي نجحوا في استقبال إلى الجامعة. (٣) قامت مدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الحكومية ١ باسوروان في عملية التقييم النهائي الإشراف على التعلم لبرنامج وحدات الائتمان الفصل الدراسي لمدة عامين بالتدريب وورش العمل وأيضًا في حل المشكلات، قام فريق الإشراف بعدة مراحل، وهي: الوساطة، والتقويم، والتنظيم.
