Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan instrumen investasi menggunakan metode multi factor evaluation process (MFEP)

Investasi merupakan aktivitas pengelolaan dana yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dana atau mendapatkan keuntungan dari dana yang telah diproses dalam waktu tertentu. Banyaknya pilihan instrumen investasi yang ada membuat investor pemula kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan. Sebelum berinvestasi investor harus memperhitungkan faktor-faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam berinvestasi terutama tentang profil resiko yang merupakan salah satu faktor dalam berinvestasi. Pada penelitian ini instrumen investasi diimplementasikan pada opini yang diberikan oleh investor. Manfaat dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web dalam memilih instrumen investasi yang sesuai dengan profil risiko investor. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Hasil sistem ini dapat membantu investor dalam memilih instrumen investasi yang sesuai dengan profil resiko investor. Dibuktikan dengan hasil akurasi yang diperoleh dari perbandingan perankingan hasil sistem dengan perankingan hasil pakar menyatakan bahwa hasil akurasi didapatkan nilai 83,33%. Perolehan nilai akurasi tersebut dapat terjadi karena dalam perankingan menggunakan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) memiliki bobot yang berbeda-beda berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan.

Investment is a fund management activity that aims to increase funds or get profits from funds that have been processed within a certain time. The large selection of existing investment instruments makes it difficult for novice investors to make a choice. Before investing, investors must take into account the factors that must be considered in investing, especially regarding the risk profile which is one of the factors in investing. In this research, investment instruments are implemented on the opinions given by investors. The benefit of this research is to create a web-based decision support system in selecting investment instruments that suit the investor's risk profile. The method used to solve these problems is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). The results of this system can assist investors in selecting investment instruments that are in accordance with the investor's risk profile. Evidenced by the accuracy results obtained from a comparison of the ranking of system results with the ranking of expert results stated that the accuracy results obtained were 83.33%. The acquisition of this accuracy value can occur because the ranking using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method has different weights based on the data entered.
