Abstract
INDONESIA:
Globalisasi mengakibatkan pergeseran akhlak manusia, ditandai dengan banyaknya kasus penyimpangan akhlak yang marak terjadi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia sehingga menunjukkan aplikasi kompetensi sikap spiritual belum maksimal. Sikap ketidak jujuran ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya siswa yang mencontek pada saat ulangan, dan sikap ketidak disiplinan ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya siswa yang terlambat sehingga aplikasi kompetensi sikap nampaknya belum terlihat. Strategi Guru PAI dirasa cukup penting dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kedua kompetensi ini. Di SMPN 03 Malang, guru PAI telah melakukan strategi guna mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimanakah strategi guru PAI dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual bagi siswa di SMPN 03 Malang?, 2) Bagaimanakah strategi guru PAI dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap sosial bagi siswa di SMPN 03 Malang?, 3) Apa sajakah faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial siswa di SMPN 03 Malang?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, (3) dokumentasi. Informan ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan tiga tahap analisis yaitu (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data penulis menggunakan triangulasi dan pengecekan teman sejawat.
1). Strategi yang digunakan oleh guru PAI dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dilakukan melalui kegiatan berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran, membaca doa kafaratul majelis di akhir pelajaran. Guru juga melakukan berdo’a bersama, membaca asma’ul husnah, sholat berjama’ah, kegiatan amal jariyah setiap hari jum’at, mengaitkan materi agama Islam dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, guru memberikan teladan dengan selalu mengucap kalimat thayyibah dan mengucap salam, mengunjungi panti asuhan, renungan religi, dan pemberian kultum. Sedangkan untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi sikap spiritual guru menggunakan teknik observasi langsung, penilaian diri, jurnal dan penilaian antar teman. 2). Strategi yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap sosial dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelaksanaan berupa penggunaan metode aktif agar siswa aktif bertanya, presentasi dan aktif bekerja kelompok. Guru mengajak siswa untuk melakukan bakti sosial, mengunjungi Yayasan Penyandang Cacat dan panti jompo, membiasakan 3S (senyum, salam, sapa) ketika bertemu guru, melaporkan kepada guru barang yang ditemukan, menghukum siswa yang terlambat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan observasi langsung oleh guru, penilaian diri oleh siswa, penilaian antar teman, guru menilai siswa dengan mengisi form penilaian sikap dari sekolah. 3). Faktor pendukung strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial dilihat dari fasilitas sekolah yang memadai berupa musholla putri/putra, media pembelajaran seperti LCD, penggunaan metode aktif. Sementara program sekolah yang mendukung seperti kegiatan berdoa bersama, bakti sosial, memperingati hari-hari Nasional, mengunjungi Yayasan Penyandang Cacat, panti jompo, panti asuhan, iuran jariyah setiap hari jum’at. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dari pengembangan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial adalah pengaruh negatif teknologi, belum tersedianya buku paket yang memadai.

Globalization resulted in a shift in the human character, marked by numerous cases of irregularities morals that occurred in Indonesia that indicateds the application of spiritual competence was not maximized. The attitude of the dishonesty was showed by the number of students who cheat at the time of examination, and the attitude of indiscipline indicated by the number of students who were late so that the application was not seen the attitude competencies. Strategy of PAI teacher deemed important to develop this both competences. In SMPN 03 Malang, PAI teacher has been pursuing a strategy to develop the spiritual and social competence. The focus of this research were: 1) What was the strategy Islamic education (PAI) teacher in Developing Spiritual in (public junior high school (SMP Negeri 03 Malang?, 2) How was the strategy Islamic education (PAI) teacher in Developing Social Competence in (public junior high school (SMP Negeri 03 Malang?, 3) What were the supporting factors and the problems in developing spiritual and social attitudes of students in SMPN 03 Malang ?. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection technique used (1) interview, (2) observation, (3) documentation. Informant was determined through purposive sampling technique. While data analysis used descriptive analysis with three stages of analysis: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion. To check the validity of the data and the researcher used triangulation and colleagues check.
1). The strategy used by PAI teacher in developing spiritual competence was carried through prayer before and after the lessons, read kafaratul majlis at the end of the lesson. Teacher also prayed together, read asma’ul husna, prayer together, amal jariyah activities on every Friday, associating with Islamic material of daily of life, the teacher set an example by always saying tayyibah sentence and say salam, visiting orphanages, religious contemplation, and giving lectures of seven minutes. As for evaluating the competence of the spiritual, teacher used the technique of direct observation, self-assessment, journals and peer assessment. 2). Strategy was undertaken by PAI teacher in developing the competence of social attitudes. Conducted through the implementation of the use of active methods to enable students in asking, presentations and active in working groups. Teacher invited students to do social activities, visit the physical defect foundation and nursing homes, familiarized with 3S in Bahasa (a smile, a greeting, greet) when meeting the teacher, reported to the teacher when meet, , gave punish students who were late. The evaluation was done by direct observation by the teacher, student self-assessment, peer assessment , teacher assessed students by filling out the form. 3). Supporting Factors of strategy of Islamic education teacher in developing spiritual and social competence seen from adequate school facilities in the form of mushalla of men and women, instructional media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While school programs that supported activities such as praying together, social events, commemorating the days of National, visit the physical defect foundation, nursing homes, orphanages, amal jariyah on every Friday. While limiting factor of the development of spiritual and social were negative influences of technology, the unavailability of adequate textbooks.
