Abstract
INDONESIA:
Berbicara masalah siswa tentu sangat banyak permasalahan yang harus diperbaiki dan memang benar-benar harus dilakukan tindakan serius.dimana hal ini akan menjadi penanganan yang cukup menguras banyak tenaga dan fikiran terutama seorang guru. Hal ini sudah tidak asing lagi, karena dimanapun, bahkan di sekolah bertaraf internasionalpun siswa-siswa mereka banyak yang masih memiliki kepribadian yang kurang baik, inilah yang menjadi tugas atau tanggung jawab baru seorang guru dimana dengan melihat kondisi kepribadian siswa yang kurang maka harus mengadakan pembinaan guna bisa mengontrol dan mengarahkan siswa kepada hal yang lebih baik, khususnya memiliki kepribadian yang Islami.kepribadian islam siswa harus dirangsang dan dibina dengan baik selagi siswa tersebut bisa dikendalikan, karena jika sudah sangat merosot maka aka sangat sulit untuk membinanya kembali, hal inilah yang mendasari MTsN Pagu untuk tergerak membina kepribadian siswanya agar bernafaskan islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, karena selain untuk membina siswa agar pandai dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an akan tetapi juga turut membina kepribadian siswa-siswinya.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah membahas secara lengkap mengenai pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa yang bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan baca tulis Al-Qur’an di MTsN Pagu (2) Mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler baca tulis Al-Qur’an di MTsN Pagu (3) Mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan baca tulis Al-Qur’an di MTsN Pagu. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian data yang diperoleh di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif artinya mengolah data dan mendeskripsikan keadaan sesuai dengan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah menujukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa dimulai ketika kepala sekolah dan warga sekolah lainnya melihat kondisi kepribadian siswa yang kurang baik, terlebih lagi basic sekolah mereka adalah madrasah, akhirnya di rencanakanlah pembinaan kepribadian islam siswa ini agar para siswa lebih baik tingkah lakunya. (2) Pelaksanakan pembinaan kepribadian siswa ini dilakukan sebelum kegiatan BTQ dimulai yaitu dengan pemberian siraman rohani atau nasehat-nasehat kemudian dengan keteladanan dan yang terkahir yaitu dengan pembiasaan, hal ini dilakukan agar para siswa terbiasa melakukan hal-hal yang positif dan bertahap menghilangkan sesuatu hal yang buruk. (3) Evaluasi kegiatan pembinaan ini yaitu memasukkan nilai keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan BTQ ke dalam raport agar siswa semakin antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan yang terakhir yaitu pencatatan keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan sholat jama’ah disekolah seperti sholat dhuhur berjama’ah dan sholat dhuha berjama’ah.

Talking about the students would be so many problems that must be corrected and really should be taken seriously where it will be handling enough to drain a lot of energy and mind especially a teacher. This is very familiar, everywhere, even in the international standard schools, their students who still has not good personality, that is the new duties or responsibilities of a teacher where seen the condition of the student's personality , it should hold coaching in order to be able to control and direct the student to better things, especially the Islamic personality. Islamic personality of the student should be stimulated and nurtured properly while students can be controlled, because if it is so degenerate that there will be very difficult to rebuild, it is the underlying of MTsN Pagu to be moved to build the personality of the student to breathe Islam through extracurricular activities of Reading and Writing Qur 'an, in making students to proficient in reading and writing the Qur'an but also fostering a personality students.
The focus of this study was to discuss fully the Islamic personality development of students who aimed to: (1) Know how planning Islamic personality development of students through extracurricular activities of religious literacy (reading and writing) of the Qur'an in MTsN Pagu (2) Know how the implementation of the Islamic personality development of students through extracurricular activities of reading and writing the Qur'an in MTsN Pagu (3) Know how to evaluate Islamic personality development of students through extracurricular activities of religious literacy of the Qur'an in MTsN Pagu.
This study was included in the qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data obtained in the qualitative descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis of the data processing meant and described the circumstances in accordance with the results of observation, interviews and documentation.
Results of this study showed that (1) Planning of Islamic personality development of students began when principals and other school communities seen the condition of the poor student's personality, especially their basic school of the madrassa, finally set some Islamic personality development of students so that the students had more good behavior. (2) implementation of a personality development of students was done before the BTQ activity began namely by giving spiritual cleansing or advice then by example and the latter is by habituation, this is done so that the students get used to doing things that were positive and gradually eliminated the bad one. (3) Evaluation of development activities that included the value of the activity following the BTQ activities into the report cards that the students were more enthusiastic to follow the activities and the last was recording the activity to follow the together prayer activities in school such as together afternoon prayers and together Duha prayer
