Abstract
ABSTRAK
Timbal (Pb) adalah bahan pencemar yang ditemukan dalam makanan kaleng. Timbal (Pb) berasal dari patrian antara badan kaleng dengan tutupnya. Metode dalam Spektroskopi Serapan Atom yang paling sering digunakan adalah metode kurva standar dan metode adisi standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui performa analitik kurva standar dengan penentuan zat pengoksidasi terbaik, mengetahui performa analitik kurva adisi standar menggunakan oksidator terbaik untuk selanjutnya dilakukan uji kesesuaian.
Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian laboratorium dengan menggunakan metode pemilihan sampel acak. Penentuan performa analitik untuk kurva adisi standar meliputi linearitas, batas deteksi dan batas kuantitasi, sensitivitas, akurasi serta presisi, kemudian dilakukan pendestruksian sampel menggunakan destruksi basah dengan variasi zat pengoksidasi seperti HNO3 p.a; HNO3 p.a, H2SO4 p.a (3:1); dan HNO3 p.a, H2SO4 p.a, H2O2 p.a (6:2:1), setelah didapatkan zat pengoksidasi terbaik maka dilakukan penentuan performa analitik untuk kurva adisi standar yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji kesesuaian menggunakan uji-t.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan performa analitik untuk kurva standar timbal (Pb) meliputi r = 0,9999, LOD 0,028, LOQ 0,0933 ppm, sensitivitas 0,00757, rerata akurasi 98%, dan presisi 2,74%. Zat pengoksidasi terbaik didapatkan oleh HNO3, H2SO4 dan H2O2 dengan nilai SD terkecil dibanding dengan yang lain. Performa analitik untuk kurva adisi standar timbal (Pb) meliputi r = 0,9997; LOD 0,021 ppm, LOQ 0,07 ppm, sensitivitas 0,0198, rerata akurasi sebesar 100,21% serta presisi 2,32%. Uji t menunjukan bahwa t hitung lebih kecil daripada t tabel sehingga H0 diterima, artinya terdapat kesesuaian secara signifikan antara metode kurva standar dan metode kurva adisi standar.
ABSTRACT
Lead (Pb) is pollutant found in canned foods. It is derived from the soldering between the can and the lid. The most common methods in Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy is the standard curve method and standard addition method. This study aims to find out the performance standards of standar curves by determination of the best oxidizing subtance, and to find out the analytical performance of the standard addition curve using the best oxidant for conformance testing is then performed.
This is a laboratory study using a random sample selection method. Performance determination of the standard addition curve analysis includes linearity, limits of detection and limits of quantitation , sensitivity, accuracy and precision, then using wet destruction with a variety of oxidizing subtrace such as HNO3 p.a; HNO3 p.a, H2SO4 p.a (3:1), and HNO3 p.a, H2SO4 p.a, H2O2 p.a (6:2:1). After having the best oxidizing substance, the analytical performance for the standard addition curve and then tested using t-test.
The results of this research of the standard curve analysis of lead (Pb) are r = 0,9999, LOD 0,028 ppm, LOQ 0,0933 ppm, sensitivity of 0,00757, the average accuracy of 98%, and precision 2,74%. The best oxidizing substance comes from HNO3, H2SO4 and H2O2 with the smallest SD values among others. The performance of standard addition curve analysis of lead (Pb) are include r = 0,9997; LOD 0,021 ppm, LOQ 0,07 ppm, sensitivity of 0,0198, the mean accuracy of 100,21% and precision 2,32%. T test shows that t count that is smaller than t table so that H0 is accepted, which means that there is a significant accuracy between the standard curve method and the method of standard addition method.
