Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pada anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, tujuan pendidikan mempunyai arti yang lebih spesfik utamanya untuk membantu mereka mengatasi persoalan diri yang bersifat psikologis maupun fisiologis agar kelak mereka bisa mandiri. Program pembelajaran anak berkesulitan belajar sebisa mungkin diatur dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa yang ada. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut maka judul penelitian yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah, ”Faktor- faktor Penyebab Kesulitan Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMP LB) Bhakti Luhur Malang”.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan memakai desain studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes Psikologi. Proses analisis data dalam penelitian dimulai dengan kegiatan reduksi data, displai data dan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMP LB) Bhakti Luhur Malang. Responden terdiri dari satu guru, satu konselor, dua orang tua siswa, dan 5 siswa.
Temuan di lapanga menunjukan bahwa yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa meliputi faktor intern dan faktor ekstern. Faktor intern meliputi aspek fisik dan aspek psikologis. Faktor ekstern meliputi aspek sosial yang berupa kurangnya perhatian dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar terhadap anak, aspek keluarga, seperti cara didik orangtua, hubungan orang tua dengan anak yang tidak sehat. Aspek sekolah seperti, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, kapabilitas guru, metode penyampaian, dan kurikulum.
Peran guru dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar, dengan memberikan motivasi pencapaian tujuan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang untuk kesuksesan siswa, memberikan fasilitas pencapaian tujuan melalui pengalaman belajar yang memadai, dan membantu perkembangan aspek pribadi seperti sikap, nilai, dan penyesuaian diri.
Selain itu guru BP juga dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar dengan menyusun rancangan program identifikasi, asesmen, dan pembelajaran anak berkesulitan belajar, berpartis ipasi dalam penjaringan, asesmen, dan evaluasi anak berkesulitan belajar, Melaksanakan tes, baik dengan tes formal maupun informal, menyelenggarakan pertemuan da n wawancara dengan orang tua, Bekerjasama dengan guru reguler atau guru kelas untuk memahami anak dan menyediakan pembelajaran yang efektif.

Education of child finding difficulties to learn, having a purpose to assist
they overcome the self problem having the character of physiological and also psychological to be they can to be self -supporting later. Study program of child have difficulty to learn can is possible arranged and adapted by a existing student requirement.So that the student own the opportunity to reach what dreaming of goodness in short-range and also long-range. Pursuant to the opinion so research title lifted in this research is, " Factors of Difficult y Cause Learn the Student at school Excruciatingly August SMP Bhakti Worse luck.
This research is represent of descriptive research qualitative by hence design case study. Process the data collecting conducted by using the method of interview observation, and documentation. Process the data analysis in research started with the activity reduce the data by way of making abstracts. This research is done/conducted in at school Excruciatingly August SMP Bhakti Worse luck. Responder consisted of one teacher, one counselor , two student parent, and 5 student.
Finding infield show that influencing difficulty learn the student covering with the factor of intern and factor extern. factor Intern cover the aspect of psychological aspect and physical. factor Extern cover the social aspect which is in the form of lack of attention and support from environment of about to child, family aspect, like way of educated by a old fellow, parent relation with the indisposed child. Aspect of school like, medium of school, capability of teacher, method of forwarding, and curriculum.
Role learn in assisting student overcome the difficulty learn, by giving good target attainment motivation short-range and also long-range for the successfulness of student, giving facility of target atta inment of experience learn adequate, and foster the personal aspect like attitude, assess, and self adjustment.
Others learn the counselor’s teacher also claimed for the sharing of active in assisting student overcome the difficulty learn by compiling device the program to identify, assessment, and study of child have difficulty to learn, participating in network, assessment, and evaluate the child have difficulty to learn, Executing test, good by test is informal and also formal, carrying out meeting and interview with the parent, Work along with the teacher of regular or class teacher to comprehend the child and provide the effective of study.
