Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kreativitas guru sangat diperlukan sebagai upaya menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang baik. Guru dituntut tidak hanya mampu menguasai materi pengajaran dan pembelajaran, tetapi juga harus memahami sejumlah model dan desain pembelajaran untuk peserta didik. Pendidikan Agama Islam berhubungan dengan potensi ketauhidan dan akidah individu, karena itu model pembelajaran dan keteladanan Qur’ani harus benar-benar dimengerti guru pendidikan Agama Islam ditambah pemahaman kondisi fisik, psikis, sosial dan spiritual untuk menghasilkan kualitas belajar yang sempurna.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (a) untuk memahami kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 1 Turen Malang; (b) untuk memahami kualitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 1 Turen Malang; (c) untuk memahami upaya kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Turen Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Populasi seluruh guru pengajar mata pelajaran agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Turen Malang, yang berjumlah 3 guru dan sampel diambil secara total sampling.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 1 Turen Malang, meliputi: (a) mempelajari sejumlah hal pokok materi pembelajaran; (b) melibatkan siswa secara aktif belajar melalui pembagian-pembagian kelompok dan bermain peran; (c) melakukan pembelajaran agama Islam melalui keteladanan dengan tindakan atau sikap; (d) mengharuskan peserta didik menuliskan isi pokok pelajaran kemudian dilakukan evaluasi; (2) Upaya guru Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Turen Malang, diantaranya: (a) melibatkan siswa secara aktif melalui media pembelajaran visual dan aplikatif; (b) mengharuskan siswa untuk berani bertanya di setiap pembelajaran dan memberikannya kisah-kisah yang memotivasi; dan (c) memadukan sejumlah model dan sarana pembelajaran edukatif dan pemahaman terhadap kondisi fisik, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa; (3) Kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Turen Malang, tergolong baik dengan terpenuhinya 82% keberhasilan pembelajaran Agama Islam dengan nilai rata-rata di atas 76 di kelas VII SMPN 1 Turen Malang.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembelajaran yang mampu menciptakan hasil dan kualitas pembelajaran Agama Islam yang baik bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi guru Agama Islam perlu untuk terus ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari profesionalisme guru.
ABSTRACT
Creativity of teachers is necessary in order to produce the quality of learning and a good education. Teachers are required not only able to master the teaching and learning materials, but also must understand a number of models and instructional design for learners. Islamic Religious Education educationassociated with the potential faith and individual belief, for it is a model of learning and exemplary Qur'anic should really understand the Islamic religion teacher as well as understanding of their physical, psychological, sociall and spiritual learning to produce the perfect quality.
The purpose of this study is: (a) to understand the creativity of Islamic Religious Education Teacher at The State Junior High School Turen Malang, (b) to understand the quality of Islamic Education Learning at The State Junior High School Turen Malang, (c) to understand the of Islamic Religion Teacher creativity efforts in enhancing quality of Islamic religious education teaching of theseventh grade students in The State Junior High School Turen Malang. Design research is a qualitative research method. The population of all teachers teaching the subject of Islam in SMP Negeri 1 Turen Malang, which consists of 3 teachers and the sample was collected by the total sampling.
The results found that: (1) Creativity Islamic Religious Education Teacher at SMPN1 Turen Malang, including: (a) studying a number of key points of learning materials, (b) engaging students actively to learn through group divisions and play a role, (c ) making learning Islam through the example with action or attitude; (d) requiring learners to write the contents of the principal lessons and then be evaluated, (2) The efforts of Islamic teachers in improving the quality of teaching Islamic education for student of the Seventh Grade The State Junior High School Turen Malang, among them : (a) engage students actively through the medium of visual and applied learning, (b) requiring students to dare asking in every lesson and gave motivational stories, and (c) combining a number of models and educational means of learning and understanding of the physical condition , affective and psychomotor students, (3) The quality of teaching The Islamic education for student of the Seventh Grade in The State Junior High School Turen Malang, classified as good with 82% of the successful fulfillment of Islamic learning with an average rating above 76 in class VII SMPN1 Turen Malang.
The research proves that the creativity of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in the learning that is able to create results and the quality of Islamic learning is good for students. Therefore, the competence of Islamic teachers need to be continuously improved and developed as part of teacher professionalism.
