Pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) di sekolah biasanya diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran sains atau bahasa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Akan tetapi pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sekarang ini sudah mulai diterapkan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yakni pada mata pelajaran Fiqih dengan harapan agar bisa menambah wawasan siswa dan memotivasi siswa sehingga hasil belajarnya bisa memuaskan. Berangkat dari latar belakang itulah penulis kemudian ingin membahasnya dalam skripsi dan mengambil judul Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTsN Malang III.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam, untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam serta menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-experiment dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode interview, dokumentasi dan tes. Sedangkan teknis analisisnya menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa korelasi product moment.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) dalam proses belajar mengajar pada Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya mata pelajaran Fiqih di MTsN Malang III mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa. Adapun hasil belajar dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) pada Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya mata pelajaran Fiqih sudah tergolong baik hal ini bisa dilihat dengan adanya peningkatan pada nilai pre-tes dan post-tes. Sedangkan pengaruh dari pembelajaran ICT (Information and Communication Technology) ini berdasarkan hasil penghitungan product moment terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pre-tes dan pos-tes. Dari hasil ini dapat diberikan saran bahwa hendaknya guru yang sudah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) tetap memperhatikan siswa dalam penggunaan internet, dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) dapat dijadikan motivasi bagi siswa dan guru lainnya, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis ICT (Information and Communication Technology) perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar sejalan dengan metode
PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif dan Menyenangkan).

Learning Based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in schools is usually applied in science subjects or languages to enhance student understanding. However, learning based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) are currently been deployed in the subjects of Islamic Education in the subjects of Fiqih in the hope to be able to add insight and motivate students so that student learning result can be satisfied. Departing from the background, author's want to discuss in the thesis and take the title of Influence Learning Based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) to the Learning Results of Islamic Education in MTsN Malang III.
The purpose of this study was to describe the application learning based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in Islamic Education, to describe the learning result of students in Islamic Religious Education, and explain how much influence in the implementation of learning based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) for the study result of Islamic Education.
This research includes quantitative research with type of pre-experiment with the design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. In the data collection use interview, documentation and testing method. While the technical analysis using descriptive statistics in the form of moment product correlation.
These research results indicate that the application of learning based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in the teaching and learning process in Islamic Education Especially Fiqih subjects in MTsN Malang III get a positive response from students. The learning result by the implementation of learning based onICT (Information and Communication Technology) on Islamic Education Especially Fiqh subjects are classified as good it can be seen with an increase in the value of pre-test and post-tests. While the influence of learning ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is based on the calculation of product moment there is a significant effect between the pre-test and post-tests. From these results should be given advice that teachers are already implementing learning based ICT (Information and Communication Technology) taking into account the students in the use of the internet, with the implementation of ICT- based learning (Information and Communication Technology) can be used as motivation for students and other teachers, the application of learning based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) needs to be more in line with the method PAIKEM (Active, Innovative, Creative and Fun Learning).
