Abstract
ABSTRAK
Daya serap belajar siswa yang baik menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah. Adapun upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan daya serap siswa terhadap pendidikan agama Islam dapat ditingkatkan dengan berbagai metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang diiringi dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran, serta terus mengembangkan bagaimana langkah-langkah jitu yang dapat mempengaruhi daya serap belajar siswa terhadap pendidikan agama Islam, sehingga bisa menghasilkan hasil yang memuaskan pada semua aspek seperti aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor siswa. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) langkah-langkah guru PAI dalam meningkatkan unsur-unsur daya serap belajar siswa pada proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 1 Pandaan; 2) hasil dari langkah-langkah guru PAI dalam meningkatkan unsur-unsur daya serap belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pandaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif, yang mana dalam memperoleh data-data tersebut penulis menggunakan metode observasi, interview dan dokumen. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif menurut Miles dan Huberman, serta analisis prosentase untuk data angka.
Adapun hasil penelitian dilapangan menjelaskan bahwa: 1) langkah-langkah guru PAI dalam meningkatkan unsur-unsur daya serap belajar siswa, dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek; a. Aspek kognitif: menggunakan metode drill, inkuiry, tanya jawab, problem solving, diskusi, serta strategi Contextual Teaching Learning, Quantum Teaching Learning, cooperative learning, dan active learning. b. Aspek afektif: seorang guru harus pintar-pintar menarik perhatian siswa dengan memberi motivasi dan juga bisa menggunakan media-media pembelajaran yang tersedia. c. Aspek psikomotor: menggunakan beberapa media pembalajaran, serta mengadakan praktek langsung. d. Penerapan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang efektif dan konsisten, melalui: pengenalan, pembiasaan keutamaan, keteladanan, penghayatan nilai-nilai, pengamalan nilai-nilai Islami, dan penelitian. 2) hasil dari langkah-langkah guru PAI dalam meningkatkan unsur-unsur daya serap belajar siswa, dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek, seperti pada; a. Aspek kognitif: jika dirata-rata dalam satu kelas mendapatkan nilai berkisar 87-90. b. Aspek Afektif: ; peserta didik mampu bersikap disiplin di dalam kelas dan memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi dalam memahami pembelajaran PAI. c. Aspek psikomotor: peserta didik dapat memberikan contoh mengamalkan dengan konsekuen kedisiplinan dalam belajar, kedisiplinan dalam beribadah, kedisiplinan dalam menaati peraturan sekolah.
ABSTRACT
Absorptiveness good students learning became a measurement of successfull islamic education subject learning in schools. There are the efforts that conducted by islamic education teacher for improving absortive students toward islamic education subject can be improve with methodes and startegic of learning and it can be follow by utilization of media of learning, as well as to develope how the right steps it can be influence absortive of students learning about islamic education subject, then can be produces satisfactory results for all aspects, such as affective, cognitive and psychomotor students. Based on the paradigm above, this research to objective to understanding: 1) Steps of islamic education teacher for improving elements absorptiveness students learning in process of islamic education subject learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pandaan; 2) Results from steps islamic education teacher for improving element absorptiveness students learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pandaan.
This research use a qualitative descriptive approach, which in obtain the data, a researcher use observation method, interview and documentation. And for data analysis, researcher use descriptive analysis according Miles and Huberman, then analysis percentage to data points.
Research results in the field to explain that : 1) Steps of islamic education teacher for improving elements absorptiveness students learning in process of islamic education subject learning, It can be seen from several aspects; a. cognitive aspects: using methods drill, inquiry, asking-question, problem solving, discussion, and strategies contextual teaching learning, quantum teaching learning, cooperative learning, and active learning. b. affective aspects: a teacher must have capable to coquet motivation student and can also use media of learning available.c. psychomotor aspect: using some media of learning, and held a practice direct. d. Implementation of steps learning effectively and consistently. Through: introduction, habituality, significances, exemplary, undesrtanding of value, internalization of islamic value, and research. 2) Result from steps islamic eduction teacher for improving elements absorptiveness students learning, it can bee seen from several aspects, like for; a. Cognitive aspects: If avarage of in classroom obtain the score is 87-90. b. affective aspects; Students are able to be discipline in the classroom and have enthusiasm for understanding islamic education subejct learning. c. Psychomotor aspect; Students are able to give exemplary practice with consequent discipline in learning, discipline in worship, discipline in obey regulation of school.
