Abstract
ABSTRAK
Proses belajar mengajar merupakan inti dari kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah.Dalam proses belajar mengajar, salah satu faktor yang sangat mendukung keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran adalah kemampuan guru dalam menguasai dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran. Guru dituntut untuk menguasai macam-macam metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik materi dan siswa.
Dengan metode jigsaw, peneliti menerapkan pembelajaran aktif untuk siswa dimana dituntut mampu memecahkan masalahnya sendiri, yang paling penting melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan pengetahuan yang mereka miliki. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru lebih mangaktifkan belajar siswa di kelas yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Jigsaw. Strategi ini dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran untuk mencapai kompetensi yang sudah ditetapkan.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah (1). Bagaimana perancanaan metode Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran materi Akhlak terpuji di MTs Darul Falah? (2). Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran materi Akhlak terpuji di MTs Darul Falah? (3). Bagaimana hasil pengunaan metode Jigsaw pada materi akhlak terpuji untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajaran siswa kelas VIII MTs Darul Falah.
Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1). Mengetahui proses perancanaan metode Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran materi Akhlak terpuji di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Falah. (2). Mengetahui pelaksanaan metode Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran materi Akhlak terpuji di Darul Falah. (3). Mengetahui hasil pengunaan metode Jigsaw pada materi akhlak terpuji untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajaran siswa kelas VIII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Falah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari hasil wawancara, catatan observasi dilapangan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul penulis analisis dengan menggunakan tehnik analisis deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Jigsaw pada pembelajaran Akhlak terpuji di MTs Darul Falah Pakisaji Malang sudah cukup efektif. Metode ini sangat membantu guru Akhidah Akhlak karena dapat melibatkan siswa secara aktif dan dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa. Penerapan metode ini didukung oleh beberapa sarana yang cukup lengkap yang disediakan oleh MTs darul Falah Pakisaji Malang.
ABSTRACT
Strategy management as concept, giving picture about a way of which must be doneby organization in order to its execution become efficient and effective. Considering strategy management by organization, hence in this case researcher trying to express the reality that happened in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo relate to strategy management application in upgrading education in its institute. As for its problem formula as follows; (1) how process of quality upgrading of education in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo ?, (2) what kind of strategy are conducted by Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo in upgrading education in its institute ?, and (3) how strategy management implemented in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo effectively?.
Based on it, target of this research are; (1) to analyze about execution process of quality upgrading of education in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo,(2) to analyze and analyse about strategy used by Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo in upgrading education in its institute, (3) to analyze about how far applied strategy management effectivity in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo in the effort upgrading education in it.
This research is using by qualitative approach having the character of fenomenologic naturalistic with case study device. using natural environment as source of direct data. As for its data collecting procedure cover; (1) perception involve (observation participant), (2) (indepth interview), and (3) Documentation. Before data analysis done, beforehand data collected as a whole, data processed (data processing), continued with process of editing, and code (coding). In order to watering down in technique analyse. After code, hence continued with last step and presentation to withdrawal of conclusion. Checking of authenticity of is data is conducted with (1) verivication to obtained data, (2) triangulation technique.
Result of research indicate that process of quality upgrading of education in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo, conducted with; (1) internal environmental analysis and external in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute, by using analysis "SWOT", with aim to to know strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat faced by Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo, utilize to be made by as an stepping in education improve later, (2) After strength, weakness, opportunity, and its challenge is known, specified by mission and vision as direction from target of development of education in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo, and (3) to realize mission and vision, hence executed by education and construction of students integrally between education and construction of executed students in hostel (room of student) with executed construction and education in formal education institute. In process of quality upgrading, is acted by with management strategy application in the effort upgrading education in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo. Strategy management cover; (1) integrated curriculum, (2) management implementation have bases to quality of, (3) educator standarization (qualified educator), (4) participative decision making, (5) enableness of stake holder, (6) program working evaluation, (7) promotion strategy implementation (syi'ar). Execution of management strategy in Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo, very effective in; (1), students achievement mounting, (2) islamic behavior by all of students in its, (3) trust of stake holder mounting, (4) upgrading of student account.
Pursuant to result of research of above, researcher finding and thesis during in field is; "management strategy used by Nurul Jadid Islamic Institute Paiton Probolinggo in order to upgrading education in its institute is conducted by using
humanity approach and social reconstruct which is relegius".
