Implementasi user centered design (UCD) pada pengembangan aplikasi manajemen rumah sakit

ABSTRAK:

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi metode User Centered Design (UCD) pada pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit Dr. Etty Asharto. SIMRS Dr. Etty Asharto sebelumnya mengalami kendala terkait dengan keterbatasan low data ketika akses data. Setelah berjalan 5 tahun kedepan maka harus ada cut off, pengembangan aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), dan tidak perlu adanya cut off data karena menggunakan sistem ERP dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design, maka perlu adanya kesesuaian antara pengguna dan aplikasi yang dikembangakan. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini antara lain : studi literature, buku, penyebaran kuesioner yang berfungsi untuk menggali kebutuhan user dalam menentukan fungsionalitas sistem dan digunakan untuk pengevaluasian sistem. Berdasarkan pengujian usability menggunakan metode System Usability Scale dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden, maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata 69,8. Menunjukkan bahwa sistem termasuk dalam kategori baik sesuai dengan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, dengan kriteria penilaian pada Adjective rating adalah Good, dengan Grade Scale nilai D. Artinya sistem tersebut cukup baik digunakan oleh user.

ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this study is the implementation of the User Centered Design (UCD) method on the development of the Dr. Hospital management information system. Etty Asharto. SIMRS Dr. Etty Asharto previously experienced problems related to low data limitations when accessing data. After running for the next 5 years, there must be a cut off, the development of this application is designed using Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and there is no need for a data cut off because it uses an ERP system using the User Centered Design method, it is necessary to have a match between the user and the application which was developed. Data collection methods used in this study include: literature studies, books, distributing questionnaires that function to explore user needs in determining system functionality and are used for system evaluation. Based on usability testing using the System Usability Scale method with a sample of 60 respondents, the average value is 69.8. Indicates that the system is included in the good category according to the calculations that have been made, with the assessment criteria for the Adjective rating is Good, with a Grade Scale value of D. This means that the system is quite good for use by the user.
