Pengaruh keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an terhadap pembentukan karakter religius mahasiswa di Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang

Tadarus Al-Qur’an ialah ibadah yang dianjurkan oleh Rosulullah SAW. Tadarus Al-Qur’an sendiri memiliki makna yaitu membaca Al-Qur’an, dan para sahabat Nabi suka melaksanakan tadarus Al-Qur’an karena bisa menenangkan hati. Maftuh Batsul Birri berpendapat, Al-Qur’an itu bisa melunakkan hati dan meneranginya. Maksudnya, hati lunak untuk dimasuki petunjuk atau peringatan, mau menerima dan merasa puas, mudah sadar dan insaf, merendah diri. Lain halnya kalau keras hatinya diapa-apakan tidak mempan, malah bisa menentang dan membantah. Dapat ditarik benang merah bahwa keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an bisa mempengaruhi karakter religius seseorang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menjelaskan tingkat keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang, (2) Untuk menjelaskan karakter religius mahasiwa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang, (3) Untuk menjelasakan pengaruh keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an terhadap karakter religius mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan pendekatan penelitian tersebut, maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal korelasional. Adapun teknik korelasi yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi productmoment. Product moment correlation adalah salah satu teknik untuk mencari korelasi antar dua variabel. Yang dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an terhadap karakter religius.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an mahasiswa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang memiliki rata-rata 84.4%. (2) Tingkat karakter religius mahasiwa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang memiliki rata-rata 86,7%. (3) Keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter religius mahasiwa di pondok pesantren Anwarul Huda Kota Malang. Pengaruh keistiqomahan tadarus Al-Qur’an yaitu 35% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65% dipengaruhi oleh variabel/faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Reading Al-Qur’an which is strongly suggested by Prophet Muhammad SAW. Reading Al-Qur’an is to tead Al-Qur’an, the Muhammad’s friends like read Al-Qur’an because it causes calm heart. Maftuh Batsul Birri said, Al-Qur’an could soften hearts and illuminate it. That is, soft hearts to enter intuctions warining stau, accept and be satified, easy conscious and unrepentant, humble. Different if his heart hard, determined-whether does catch fire, can actually defy and refute. In conclusion, the continuity of reading Al-Qur’an influence the religius caracter.

This research aims to: (1). Explain the level of the continuity of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang in Reading Al-Qur’an, (2). Explain the level of religius caracter of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding school Malang City, (3). Explain the influence of reading Al-Qur’an to the level of religius caracter of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang City.

The approach that is used in this research is quantitative. Based on the approach, the type of research that is used is correlation causal research with product moment correlation technic. Product moment correlation is a technic to find the correlation between two variables that can be used to find the existence of the influence of the continuity of reading Al-Qur’an to the riligius caracter.

The result of this research shows that: (1). The level of the continuity of reading Al-Qur’an of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang City average is 84.4%. (2). The level of religius caracter of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding school Malang City average is 86,7%. (3). The continuity of observing reading Al-Qur’an has the significant influence to the religius caracter of the students at Anwarul Huda Islamic Boarding School Malang City. The percentage of the influence is 35 % and for the residue which the percentage 65 % is influenced by other factors that cannot be observed in this research.
