Abstract
ABSTRAK:
Di negara berkembang perhatian mengenai kesehatan dan gangguan menstruasi masih membutuhkan perhatian. Didapatkan data pada tahun 2013 prevelensi dismenorea di Indonesia sebesar 54,89% dengan insiden puncak pada awal usia 20 tahun. Faktor pola makan, kandungan makronutrien dan mikronutrien dalam makanan yang dikosumsi dapat mempengaruhi kejadian dismenorea. Didapatkan data sebesar 51% masyarakat saat pandemi Covid-19 terdapat perubahan pola makan yang signifikan dalam mengkonsumsi makanan mengandung lemak jenuh dan gula yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pola makan dengan dismenorea pada remaja dengan sampel mahasisiwi program studi pendidikan dokter UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner WaLLID Score, Frekuensi Makan Kualitiatif, Pemilihan Makanan Sehat, Diagnosis Night Eating, Pemakan Emosional serta dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil uji statistik, didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada konsumsi frekuensi makanan jadi dan pemilihan makanan sehat serta tidak didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan pada frekuensi makan, night eater, dan pemakan emosional. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan negatif pada frekuensi makan makanan jadi dan terdapat hubungan positif antara pemilihan makanan sehat dengan dismenorea pada mahasiswi Pendidikan Dokter UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
ABSTRACT:
In developing countries the attention to health and menstrual disorders still requires attention. Data obtained in 2013 the prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia was 54.89% with a peak incidence at the age of 20 years old. Dietary factors, the content of macronutrients and micronutrients in the food consumed can affect the incidence of dysmenorrhea. It was found that 51% of the population during the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant change in diet in consuming foods containing high saturated fat and sugar. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and dysmenorrhea in adolescents with a sample of students from the medical education program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research method uses observational analytic with a cross sectional. This study used 96 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. The data of this study used the WaLLID Score questionnaire, Qualitative Eating Frequency, Healthy Food Selection, Diagnosis of Night Eating, Emotional Eaters and analyzed by univariate,bivariate, and multivariate. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between the frequency of consumption of processed food and healthy food choices and there was no significant relationship between the frequency of eating, night eating, and emotional eating. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between the frequency of eating processed food and a positive relationship between the choice of healthy food and dysmenorrhea in Medical students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
