Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan yang mengacu pada nilai-nilai profetik seperti: meneruskan misi dan meneladani sifat utama Rasul (ash-shidqu, al-amânah, fathânah, dan tablîgh), merespon perubahan sosial dengan bertumpu pada konsep umat terbaik, aktivitas sosial dalam membentuk sejarah, dan kesadaran ilahiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan: 1) Konsep nilai-nilai profetik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia; 2) Implementasi nilai-nilai profetik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia; 3) Model nilai-nilai profetik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi kasus dengan rancangan multisitus. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara
purposive, yaitu MAN 2 Mataram dan MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi analisis data situs tunggal dan lintas situs, dengan teknik analisis data model Miles Huberman: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Konsep Nilai-nilai Profetik dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di MAN 2 Mataram dan MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor adalah Pertama, ittiba’ li rasûlillâh dengan ciri-ciri: cinta (love), ketaatan (obedience), kesadaran ilahiah (religious awareness), dan keyakinan (faith). Kedua, keteladanan (akhlak Rasul) dengan ciri-ciri: kejujuran (ash-shidqu), dapat dipercaya (al- amânah), kecerdasan dan kebijaksanaan (fathânah), dan penyampai kebenaran (tablîgh). Ketiga, umat terbaik dengan ciri-ciri: iqra’, inovatif, dan kreatif. Keempat, nilai profetik menjadi daya dorong kerja dengan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang inovatif, kreatif, produktif, dan menjawab perubahan (challenges changes). Kelima, kesadaran ilahiah dengan menjadikan kerja mengharapkan ridha Allah. 2) Implementasi Nilai-nilai Profetik dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di MAN 2 Mataram dan MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor yaitu: pertama, melalui pengembangan etika profesi (ethical literacy). Kedua, pengembangan sumber daya manusianya melalui pengkajian kebutuhan, persiapan dan pelaksanaan pembinaan, workshop, pendidikan dan pelatihan, ESQ, peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Ketiga, membangun komitmen, nilai, dan integritas untuk membentuk budaya kerja dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja. Keempat, pembinaan dan pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi, perubahan paradigma, dan kemampuan (skill) untuk menjadikan kerja sebagai ibadah dan mewujudkan madrasah (lembaga) yang unggul demi merespon tantangan dan kompetisi global. 3) Model Nilai-nilai Profetik dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di MAN 2 Mataram dan MA Mu’allimat NW Pancor yaitu academy profetik melalui inovasi dengan strategi pembinaan, pelatihan dan pendidikan serta kegiatan lain yang dapat menunjang karir mutu tenaga yang disandingkan dengan nilai jujur, transparan, akuntabel, iman, dan ibadah guna mewujudkan madrasah (lembaga) yang unggul demi merespon tantangan dan kompetisi global.
ENGLISH:
Human resources development in this research is the process of education, training, and development that refers to values such prophetic: continue the mission of the Messenger and imitate his main properties (ash-shidqu, al-amânah, Fathânah, and tablîgh), respond to social change by relying on the concept the best people, social activities in shaping history, and divine consciousness. This study aimed to analyze and discover: 1) The concept of prophetic values in the development of human resources; 2) Implementation of the prophetic values in the development of human resources; 3) Model prophetic values in human resource development.
This study uses an interpretive paradigm through a qualitative approach, the type of case studies with multi-sites. The location determined by purposive research, namely MAN 2 Mataram and MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis included data analysis and cross-site single site, with data analysis techniques Miles Huberman models: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The results of the study: The concept of Prophetic values of the Development of the Human Resources in MAN 2 Mataram and MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor are First, Ittibâ' li rasûlillâh with traits: love, obedience, the divine of consciousness (religious awareness ), and faith (belief). The Second, exemplary (the morals of Rasul) with traits: honesty (ash-shidqu), trustworthy (al-Amânah), intelligence and wisdom (Fathânah), and the convey of the truth (Tablîgh). Third, the best characteristics people: iqra, innovative, and creative. Fourth, the value of prophetic thrust into working with human resources to produce innovation, creation, production, and respond to change on challenges). Fifth, the divine of the consciousness by making of the expect of the labor on the pleasure of Allah. Second, The implementation of Prophetic values in the development of Human Resources at MAN 2 Mataram and MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor namely: first, through the development of ethical literacy. Second, the development of human resources through needs of assessment, preparation and implementation of guidance, workshops, education and training, ESQ, increase employee performance. Third, build commitment, value, and integrity to form a cultural working in order to improve all performance. Fourth, guidance and training in order to increase competence, paradigm shift, and abilities (skills) to make work as worship and realize madrasah (institution) is excellence in order to respond to the challenges and global competition. Third, The model of the Prophetic values in the development of Human Resource at MAN 2 Mataram and MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor is prophetic matters. All through an innovation with development strategy, training and education and other activities that can support quality power in career paired with the values of honesty, transparency, accountable, faith, and worship in order to realize the madrassa is the best qualities, so, have to be respond to the challenges and global competition.
