Abstract
INDONESIA:
Siswa pada akhir pendidikannya di sekolah selalu dihadapkan dengan pilihan karir, yaitu pilihan antara melanjutkan kuliah atau terjun ke dunia kerja. Keputusan karir yang akan diambil oleh siswa dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kematangan karir yang dimilikinya. Sebelum membuat keputusan karir, siswa perlu mempertimbangkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Efikasi diri yang tinggi dicerminkan oleh siswa dalam membuat pilihan karir sampai membuat keputusan karir yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Selain efikasi diri, dukungan sosial juga diperlukan oleh siswa untuk meningkatkan kematangan karirnya.
Siswa dalam menentukan pilihan karir selain perlu mengenali kemampuan yang dimilikinya juga perlu memahami bidang karir yang ingin dimasukinya. Dukungan dari orang lain berupa informasi, nasihat, dan saran dapat digunakan siswa sebagai bahan pertimbangan sebelum membuat keputusan dalam memilih karir.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan karir, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kematangan karir, pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan karir, dan pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan karir.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung. Populasi penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu yang berjumlah 825 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII yang telah memiliki rencana karir untuk bekerja setelah lulus sekolah. Variabel Efikasi diri diukur dengan mengadaptasi skala GSE (General Self-Efficacy) yang telah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Indonesia, dukungan sosial diukur dengan mengadaptasi skala MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support) yang juga telah diterjemahkan ke Bahasa Indonesia, dan kematangan karir diukur dengan memodifikasi skala penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Masmuzir (2017). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 73,7% siswa SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu memiliki tingkat kematangan karir sedang, 16,7% siswa memiliki kematangan karir yang rendah, dan sebanyak 9,6% siswa memiliki kematangan karir yang tinggi. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,6%, artinya H1 diterima. Selanjutnya, dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kematangan karir, yang artinya H2 ditolak. Hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan sebesar 23,8% terhadap kematangan karir, yang berarti H3 diterima.

Students at the end of their education at school are always faced a career choices, which are the choice between continuing their studies or entering the working field. Career decisions that will be taken by students are influenced by the level of career maturity they have. Before making career decisions, students need to consider their abilities. High self-efficacy is reflected by students in making career choices to making career decisions according to their abilities. Apart from self-efficacy, social support is also needed by students to increase their career maturity.
In determining career choices, students not only need to recognize their abilities, but also need to understand the career field they want to enter. Support from others in the form of information, advice, and suggestions can be used by students as a consideration before making decisions in choosing a career.
This study aims to determine the level of career maturity, the effect of self-efficacy on career maturity, the effect of social support on career maturity, and the effect of self-efficacy and social support on career maturity.
This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung. The population of this research was the students of class XII at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, with total 825 students. The sampling technique that used in this research was purposive sampling. The criteria for the research sample was students of class XII who had a career plan to work after graduating from school. Self-efficacy is measured by adapting the GSE scale (General Self-Efficacy) which has been translated into Indonesian, social support is measured by adapting the MSPSS scale (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support) which has also been translated into Indonesian, and career maturity is measured by modifying the scale of research that has been done by Masmuzir (2017). The analysis technique used in this research was a multiple regression analysis model.
The results of this study indicate as many as 73.7% of students of SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu have a moderate career maturity, 16.7% of students have low career maturity, and as many as 9.6% of students have high career maturity. The results of t-test analysis showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on career maturity, with an effective contribution of 23.6%, which means H1 was accepted. Furthermore, social support has no significant effect on career maturity, which means that H2 is rejected. The results of the F test analysis show that self-efficacy and social support have a significant positive effect of 23.8% on career maturity, which means H3 is accepted.
