Abstract
ABSTRAK:
Sampai saat ini, kematian ibu dan bayi masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan di dunia yang menjadi sorotan publik. Terutama, di era pandemi COVID-19, angka kematian ibu dan bayi semakin meningkat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, Kementerian Kesehatan berupaya untuk menanggulangi lonjakan angka kematian ibu dan bayi di Indonesia yang salah satunya dengan kegiatan antenatal care (ANC). Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) ibu hamil di era pandemi COVID-19. Sejalan dengan hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan masing – masing faktor dengan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) ibu hamil di era pandemi COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jember Kidul Kabupaten Jember.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sedangkan, populasi yang dipilih adalah ibu hamil yang melahirkan aterm di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jember Kidul pada bulan Januari – April 2021. Terdapat 96 sampel dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel pada penelitian ini, digunakan analisis bivariat dengan uji Rank Spearman.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada hubungan antara faktor teknologi, sosial dan dukungan keluarga, nilai budaya dan gaya hidup, ekonomi, dan pendidikan dengan kunjungan antenatal care di era pandemi COVID-19 dengan arah hubungan searah. Dengan rincian, semakin baik akses teknologi maka semakin patuh kunjungan antenatal care ibu hamil, semakin baik hubungan sosial dan dukungan keluarga maka semakin patuh kunjungan antenatal care ibu hamil, semakin positif nilai budaya dan gaya hidup maka semakin patuh kunjungan antenatal care ibu hamil, semakin baik tingkat ekonomi maka semakin patuh kunjungan antenatal care ibu hamil, dan semakin baik tingkat pendidikan ibu maka semakin patuh kunjungan antenatal care-nya.
ABSTRACT:
Until today, maternal and infant mortality still become a health problem in the world. Those become a spotlight in public. Especially, in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, maternal and infant mortality rates are increasing. To overcome this problem, the Ministry of Health seeks to overcome the surges in Maternal and Infant Mortality Rates in Indonesia. One of the programs held by the Ministry of Health is antenatal care (ANC). There are several factors that affect antenatal care (ANC) visits for pregnant women in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with this, this study aims to determine the relationship between each factor with antenatal care (ANC) visits for pregnant women in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic in the work area of Health Center of South Jember, Jember Regency.
The method used in this research is a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional design. While the selected population is pregnant women with aterm labor in the work area of Health Center of South Jember in January - April 2021. There are 96 samples in this study. To determine the relationship between the two variables in this study, Spearman’s rank correlation is used.
The results showed that: there is a relation between technology, social and family support, cultural values and lifestyle, economy, and education factors with antenatal care visits in the COVID-19 pandemic era with a unidirectional relationship. In detail, the better access to technology makes the more obedient to antenatal care visits for pregnant women, the better social relations and family support makes the more obedient to antenatal care visits for pregnant women, the more positive cultural and lifestyle values makes the more obedient to antenatal care visits for pregnant women, the better economic level makes the more obedient the antenatal care visit of pregnant women, and the better the education level of the mother makes the more obedient the antenatal care visit.
