Sistem rekomendasi wisata Malang dan Batu menggunakan Multi Criteria Recommender System berbasis Fuzzy

ABSTRACT

Tourism at this time is growing rapidly. One of the cities that many tourists use as tourist attractions are the city of Malang and the city of Batu. The development of tourism in era of globalization certainly requires technology that can provide information related to tourism quickly, practically and efficiently, namely internet technology. Internet technology can be used as a means of promotion and information related to tourist attractions and can be used to introduce services and alternative tour packages offered by travel agents. In this case, the recommendation system can be applied in the recommendation of tourism objects because the recommendation system is a system that is responsible for the recommendation engine that is able to identify and provide content with high potential to be chosen by tourists based on filtering information that takes preferences from tourists' behavior and history. In this research, a fuzzy-based multi-criteria recommendation system was created by calculating the similarity value of items and users rated by users. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and education about tourist attractions in the area that will be visited by tourists or user users through visualization of game scenarios in the form of a recommendation for tourist attractions using a Fuzzy-based multi-criteria recommendation system to be a good choice. appropriate to determine the tourist attractions of choice by tourists or users. The Malang and Batu city tourism recommendation system has been created to give results by considering user preferences in various aspects, namely attractions, accessibility, supporting facilities, services, activities and packages. From the results of experiments conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that a fuzzy-based multi recommender system can be a tourist recommendation system by giving a rating value with a precision value of 0.92, a recall value of 0.54, and an accuracy value of 0.52.
