Abstract

INDONESIA:

Kurikulum merupakan hal penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Permasalahan dalam kurikulum 2006 (KTSP), hasil analisis PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS, dan tantangan perubahan zaman mendasari perubahan Kurikulum 2013. Perubahan kurikulum menghasilkan perbedaan pendapat dan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan dalam implementasinya di MIN (Persiapan) Turen Malang, seperti kurangnya alokasi waktu dan keterlembatan buku. Masalah dan perbedaan pendapat menunjukkan guru memegang peran penting dalam perubahan dan implementasi kurikulum. Faktor utama penentu keberhasilan kurikulum adalah sejauhmana kesiapan, serta kesesuaian kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kurikulum 2013 dan buku teks.

Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka peneliti membuat dua rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 dan bagaimana kesesuaian kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 di MIN (Persiapan) Turen Malang, serta memberi batasan masalah, yaitu meliputi kesiapan dalam hal pemahaman mengenai perubahan dan alasan pengembangan, aktualisasi informasi, struktur, dan respon terhadap perubahan Kurikulum 2013, serta kesesuaian kompetensi pedagogik yang mengacu pada Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007 tentang standar kualifikasi akademik dan potensi guru.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MIN (Persiapan) Turen Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul berupa kata-kata dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru MIN (Persiapan) Turen tidak keberatan dan memahami akan perubahan Kurikulum 2013, serta memenuhi 8 indikator kompetensi pedagogik dan 2 indikator lain belum dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal mengingat pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum 2013 terpaku pada buku teks dan alokasi waktu yang kurang mencukupi.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru MIN(Persiapan) menunjukkan kesiapan dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 dan kompetensi pedagogik guru MIN (Persiapan) Turen sesuai dengan standar kualifikasi dan potensi guru.

The curriculum is important in the world of education. Problems in the curriculum of 2006 (KTSP), the results of the analysis of PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS, and the challenges of changing times 2013 underlying curriculum change curriculum change resulted in disagreements and cause various problems in implementation at MIN (Preparation) Turen Malang, such as lack of time allocation and keterlembatan book. Problems and disagreements showed the teacher plays an important role in the change and the implementation of the curriculum. The main factor determining the success of the curriculum is the extent of readiness, as well as the suitability of pedagogical competence of teachers with curriculum 2013 and textbooks.

Based on the above background, the researchers made two formulation of the problem is how the readiness of teachers to implement the curriculum 2013 and how the suitability of pedagogical competence of teachers in implementing the curriculum 2013 at MIN (Preparation) Turen Malang, and providing problem definition, which includes preparedness in terms of understanding changes and development reasons, actualization of information, structure, and response to curriculum change in 2013, as well as the suitability of pedagogical competence which refers to Decree No. 16 Year 2007 on standard academic qualifications and potential teachers.

This research was conducted at MIN (Preparation) Turen Malang. The method used descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. Data were collected in the form of words were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique.

The results showed teachers MIN (Preparation) Turen not mind and understand the curriculum will change in 2013, as well as meet the 8 indicators of pedagogical competence and 2 other indicators can not be implemented to the fullest remember learning in the curriculum in 2013 fixated on textbooks and insufficient time allocation.

Based on the results of this study concluded that teachers MIN (Preparation) showed readiness to implement Curriculum 2013 and teacher pedagogical competence MIN (Preparation) Turen in accordance with the standards of qualification and potential teachers.
