يعاني جيل الألفية الإندونيسي حاليًا من تدهور أخلاقي كبير جدًا، خاصة في سومنب. حدث ذلك وسط ظهور نظريات مختلفة حول التطور الأخلاقي، منها نظرية لورانس كولبرج وألبرت باندورا وجان بياجيه ونصر السراج الطوسي. كان هناك محاولات عديدة لتحسين الأخلاق، أحدها دور المعاهد الإسلامية التي كانت موجودة منذ القرن التاسع عشر في سومنب. من عدة المقاربة النظرية المختلفة إما من الغرب أو الإسلام، والجهود التي بذلها العلماء والمربون ، فإن المساعي التي بدأها الشيخ علي ماوردي مع مجلس الصلوات النارية مثيرة الاهتمام للبحث.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها مجلس الصلوات النارية في المحاولة لتحسين أخلاق الشباب في سومنب. يركز هذا البحث على الكشف عن 1. ما هو موقع مجلس الصلوات النارية الاجتماعي الديني 2. إستراتيجية مجلس الصلوات النارية في المحاولة لتحسين أخلاق الشباب 3. العوامل التي تدعم وتعرقل مجلس الصلوات النارية في المحاولة لتحسين أخلاق الشباب والحلول للتغلب عليها.

يستخدم هذا البحث نهجًا نوعيًا مع نوع من دراسة الحالة. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام تقنيات المراقبة والمقابلة والتوثيق. وللتحليل، استخدم الباحث نظرية دونالد أري للتحليل (التعريف والتنظيم، الترميز والطرح، وكذلك التفسير وتقديم الشرح). التحقق من صحة البيانات عن طريق اختبار مصداقية البيانات وقابلية النقل والاعتمادية والتأكيد.

والنتايج من هذا البحث أن مجلس الصلوات النارية هو مجموعة من الأفراد الذين يجتمعون في مكان وزمان معينين لقراءة 4444 صلاة نارية جماعة. مجلس الصلوات النارية هو تجمع غير رسمي يقوم بشكل مستقل بالأنشطة الاجتماعية والدينية ويتم قبوله من قبل سكان سومنب كوسيلة للوعظ. استراتيجية مجلس الصلوات النارية هي استراتيجية المعرفي بنمط قراءة الصلوات النارية الوعظ والنصيحة واستراتيجية السلوكي بنمط التمرين والتعود واستراتيجية الوقائي بنمط المنع و المراقبة. العوامل الداعمة هو شخصيّة مشهورة وفن الموسيقى البنجري وطعام و أخوة الجامعية. العوامل المعرقلة هو تقدير البخس و غير مبال وطعام وانضباط.

ABSTRACT

Millennial generation of Indonesia are having quite significant degradation in moral, especially in Sumenep Regency. This happened in the midst of the emergence of various theories about moral development including the theories of Lawrence Kohlberg, Albert Bandura, Jean Piaget, and Nasr al-Siraj al-Thusi. There have been many attempts to improve morals, one of those is the role of Islamic boarding schools which have existed since the 1800s in Sumenep. From various theoretical approaches, either the Western or the Islamic and various efforts made by the theologians and educators, the initiative initiated by K. Ali Mawardi with his Sholawat Nariyah Assembly is interesting to study.

This study aimed to uncover what strategy used by Sholawat Nariyah Assembly in an effort to improve the youth’s moral of Sumenep Regency. The focus of this study was to research 1). How the socio-religious position of Sholawat Nariyah Assembly, 2). The strategy of the Sholawat Nariyah Assembly in an effort to improve youth morals 3). Factors that support and hamper the Sholawat Nariyah Assembly in efforts to improve youth morals and solutive efforts to overcome them.

This research used a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. For analysis data, researchers used Donald Ary's theory of analysis (familiarizing and organizing, coding and reducing, then interpreting and representing). The validity of the data used was testing data credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.

The results of this study found that Sholawat Nariyah Assembly is a individuals’ group who assemble at a certain place and time to recite 4444 Sholawat Nariyah in congregation. The Sholawat Nariyah Assembly is an informal assembly that independently carries out socio-religious activities and is accepted by the people of Sumenep as a medium of preaching. The Strategy of Sholawat Nariyah Assembly are cognitive strategy with reciting sholawat Nariyah pattern and advice and suggestion pattern, behavioristic strategy with training and habituation pattern, and preventive strategy with prohibition and supervision. Supporting factors are public figure, al-Banjari music, consumption, and ukhuwah jam’iyyah. Inhibiting factors are underestimate, indifferent, punctuality, consumption.
