Pengaruh kepercayaan (trust) terhadap komitmen pada pasangan pernikahan usia dini

Keberagaman individu membuatnya menjadi unik dan berbeda satu sama lain. Kebutuhan kesamaan visi dalam menjalin hubungan sangat diperlukan. Membangun visi yang sama dalam berhubungan secara intens dibutuhkan komitmen. Penelitian ini mencoba mengangkat salah satu faktor, yaitu kepercayaan (trust) yang mempengaruhi komitmen dalam sebuah pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi dan menguji sejauh mana pengaruh variabel bebas, kepercayaan (trust) terhadap variabel terikat, komitmen berdasarkan koefisien korelasi.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasangan yang menikah di usia muda (dibawah 21 tahun dan masih menikah saat penelitian ini dilaksanakan) yang berjumlah 54 orang (27 pasangan).

Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menemukan pengaruh antara variabel-variabel penelitian. Dari 54 responden sebagai populasi, didapat hasil analisis statistika tingkat komitmen pada level tinggi sebesar 37%, cukup 35% dan rendah sebesar 28%. Sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan responden pada level tinggi sebesar 15%, cukup 74% dan rendah 11%. Reliabilitas instrumen kepercayaan (trust) 0,845, dan komitmen sebesar 0,890. Kemudian dari analisis statistika utama didapatkan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan (trust) terhadap komitmen dalam pernikahan usia muda sebesar 0,485 pada taraf signifikansi P ≤ 0,001.

Kesimpulan yang didapat dari analisa regresi bahwa hipotesa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan (trust) terhadap komitmen pada pasangan pernikahan usia muda diterima.

An Individual diversity makes it unique and different from each other. The common vision is needed to construct the relationships. Building a common vision of the intense relation is require the commitment. This research tries to raise one of factor (trust) that affect to commitment in a marriage. This research aims to detect and examine the extent to which the impact of independent variables (Trust) against the predicted variable (Commitment) based on the correlation coefficient.

The Subjects of this research is all couples who marry at a young age (under 21 years old and still married when the research was conducted), as much as 54 people (27 couples).

The research method used is descriptive quantitative research, which is try to find the impact of the variables of the research. From the 54 respondents as the population, the result of statistical analysis of the level of commitment at high levels by 37%, average by 35% and a low of 28%. While the Trust level respondents at high levels by 15%, average 74% and low 11%.

Reliability of the Trust instrument is 0.845, and Commitment by 0.890. And then from the main statistical analysis found a positive correlation between the Trust with a commitment in the marriage of 0.485 at a significance level of P ≤ 0.001.

The conclusion from the regression analysis that the hypothesis of this research that the positive and significant impact from the Trust to commitment on the young married couple is accepted
