Abstract

ABSTRAK:

Kota Malang merupakan Kota yang memiliki banyak Museum sebagai salahsatu identitasnya. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, adanya Museum sebagai tujuan wisata edukatif semakin kurang diminati. Dampak dari kurangnya peminatan ini dikarenakan Museum yang monoton dan kurangnya perawatan hingga pengunjung beralih ke tujuan wisata yang lebih atraktif lain. Salahsatu Museum di Malang adalah Museum Dirgantara A. Sulaksono yang berada di kawasan Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh yang kurang diketahui publik dan adanya rencana untuk meredesain. Museum merupakan bangunan yang mewadahi objek bersejarah dan dijadikan wisata edukasi bagi pengunjungnya. Sedangkan pada Museum Dirgantara dilengkapi objek lain berupa pesawat bersejarah, diorama, prototip dan simulator pesawat. Smart Building dipilih sebagai pendekatan perancangan ini agar dapat mewadahi Museum yang atraktif dengan beberapa sistem dan teknologinya, mengingat pesawat merupakan objek dengan teknologi tinggi pula. Prinsip yang digunakan pada pendekatan ini melibatkan adanya sistem yang dirancang dengan baik dan disinkronkan dengan tekologi terkait, serta dengan perencanaan yang matang berdasarkan teknologi dan lingkungan sehingga muncul bangunan yang ramah pengunjung dan lingkungan dengan pengemasan modern dan atraktif. Maka dari itu, penggunaan pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan bangunan yang memiliki perpaduan harmonis antara otomatisasi, komunikasi dengan perencanaan lingkungan yang fleksibel dan terpadu sehingga tercipta gedung yang benar-benar baik.

ABSTRACT:

Malang is a city that has many museums as one of its identities. Along with the
development of the era, the Museum as an educational tourist destination is
increasingly less in demand. The impact of this lack of specialization is due to the
museum being monotonous and lower maintenance of visitors turning to other more
attractive tourist destinations. One of the museums in Malang is the Aerospace Museum
A. Sulaksono, located in the Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh area which is less well known
to the public and has the potential to redesign. The museum is a building that
accommodates historical objects and made educational tours for visitors. While the
Dirgantara Museum is equipped with other attractions consisting of historic aircraft,
dioramas, prototypes and aircraft simulators. Smart Building was chosen as a discussion
so that it can accommodate an active Museum with several systems and technologies,
considering that airplanes are high-tech objects as well. The principles used in this
discussion discuss systems that are well designed and synchronized with the related
technology, as well as with the attached planning of technology and the environment so
that a building that is friendly to visitors and environment with modern and attractive
packaging. Therefore, using it to support this must be able to create buildings that
have a harmonious blend of automation, communication with flexible and integrated
environmental planning so as to create a truly good building.
