Implementasi hak reproduksi menolak kehamilan perspektif Kh. Husein Muhammad; studi di Kelurahan Klojen Kota Malang

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hak reproduksi perempuan di Kelurahan Klojen Kota Malang dengan topik utamanya yakni implementasi hak menolak kehamilan menurut pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang kesehatan reproduksi serta hak reproduksi dengan melihat pada persepsi
serta respon informan dengan adanya hak reproduksi menolak kehamilan menurut pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad. Pengimplementasian dari hak menolak kehamilan ini yang nantinya akan menjadi salah satu bentuk upaya untuk melindungi perempuan dari kematian akibat dari proses reproduksi. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yuridis empiris, dikarenakan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara langsung turun ke lapangan. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Kelurahan Klojen, tempat ini dipilih karena pada kelurahan tersebut masih terdapat perempuan yang belum memahami tentang hak kesehatan
resproduksi sehingga hal ini perlu dikaji lebih jauh lagi. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam kepada sepuluh informan perempuan yang pernah mengalami proses reproduksi di Kelurahan Klojen Kota Malang dan dilengkapi dengan catatan lapangan serta foto.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman perempuan di Kelurahan Klojen mengenai kesehatan reproduksi masih cukup rendah. Perempuan belum sepenuhnya mengetahui akan adanya hak yang mereka miliki terlebih dalam hak kesehatan reproduksi, bahkan terdapat informan yang sama sekali belum tahu akan hak reproduksi yang mereka miliki. Mengenai hak menolak kehamilan, banyak diantara informan yang setuju dengan adanya hak reproduksi tersebut. Hal ini didukung oleh beberapa alasan yang mempengaruhi, diantaranya alasan ekonomi, usia, serta kesehatan. Lebih lanjut terdapat juga informan yang kurang sependapat dengan adanya hak menolak kehamilan yang telah dikemukakan oleh KH. Husein
Muhammad. Dalam pemenuhan hak menolak kehamilan juga terdapat berbagai tanggapan, meskipun sebagian besar setuju dengan solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pemenuhan hak menolak kehamilan, adapun demikian juga terdapat informan yang tidak setuju dengan hal tersebut.

ABSTRACT

This research discusses the reproductive rights of women in Klojen Urban Village with the main topic of the implementation of the rights to refuse pregnancy from KH. Husein Muhammad. Further, this study inspects the meaning of reproductive health and rights by looking at perceptions and responses of informants with the right to reject pregnancy based on the view of KH. Husein Muhammad. Later, the implementation of the rights to refuse pregnancy will become an effort to protect women from deaths caused by the reproductive process.This study is included in the type of empirical juridical research since it was done by coming to the field directly. The research location was in Klojen Village.This place was chosen because there were women who do not understand the rights of reproductive health here. Therefore, it needs to be studied further. This research was written using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with ten female respondents who had experienced the process of reproduction in Klojen Urban Village of Malang and were completed with field notes and photo documentation.

The results showed that the understanding of women in the village of Klojen about reproductive health is still quite low. Women have not fully learned of the rights they have in the right to reproductive health, and there is even an informant
that is not yet aware of the reproductive rights they have. Regarding the right to reject the pregnancy, many of the informant agree with the rights of the reproduction. It is supported by several reasons, including economic reasons, age,
and health. Furthermore, there are also informant that is less agree with the right to reject the pregnancy that has been submitted by KH. Muhammad. In fulfilling the right to reject pregnancy also there are various responses, although most agree with the solutions offered in the fulfillment of the right to reject the pregnancy, as well as there are informants who disagree with it.
