Abstract
INDONESIA:
Singosari merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi di bidang seni. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui data BPS Singosari yang menunjukan banyaknya kelompok kesenian masyarakat baik kelompok kesenian tradisional hingga kelompok kesenian modern yang tersebar secara merata di seluruh wilayah Singosari. Namun sampai saat ini, Singosari belum memiliki sarana yang mampu menampung potensi dan bakat seni dari kelompok kesenian masyarakat tersebut, seiring dengan ditutupnya pusat studi kendedes yang merupakan wadah sementara bagi kelompok kesenian masyarakat.
Pemerintah memiliki kebijakan untuk membangun Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) di wilayah Singosari yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian wilayah Singosari dengan mendukung serta mengembangkan seluruh potensi yang ada di wilayah Singosari. Kesenian merupakan salah satu potensi penting di bidang industri yang menunjukan identitas Singosari. Maka, seiring dengan permasalahan tidak adanya sarana yang mewadahi potensi kelompok seni masyarakat Singosari dan rencana KEK, maka solusi yang tepat adalah membangun sarana / wadah berupa Pusat Kesenian di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Singosari yang mana kawasan tersebut akan menjadi kawasan khusus yang mengindahkan eksistensi potensi yang ada pada cakupan kawasannya.
Seiring dengan rencana pengembangan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus berkonsep heritage, maka pendekatan yang digunakan dalam perancangan Pusat Kesenian Singosari di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) adalah pendekatan arsitektur fraktal yang merupakan pendekatan arsitektur untuk mempelajari gaya arsitektur tradisional Candi Singosari berkonsep fraktal.
ENGLISH:
Singosari is one area that has potential in the arts. This can be seen through BPS Singosari data which shows the number of community arts groups both traditional arts groups to modern arts groups that are spread evenly throughout the Singosari region. But until now, Singosari does not have the means to accommodate the potential and artistic talent of the community arts group, along with the closing of the Kendedes study center which is a temporary place for community art groups.
The government has a policy to develop a Special Economic Zone (KEK) in the Singosari region that functions to improve the economy of the Singosari region by supporting and developing all the potential that exists in the Singosari region. Art is one of the important potentials in the industry that shows Singosari's identity. So, along with the problem of the absence of facilities to accommodate the potential of Singosari community art groups and KEK plans, the right solution is to build a facility / container in the form of an Art Center in the Singosari Special Economic Zone where the area will become a special area that heed the existence of the existing potential in the area coverage.
Along with the plan to develop a Special Economic Zone (KEK) with a heritage concept, the approach used in the Design of the Art Center in the Singosari Special Economic Zone (KEK) is the fractal architecture approach. Fractal Architecture Approach is an architectural approach to study the traditional architectural style of Singosari Temple with a fractal concept. The method used in the fractal architecture approach is the permutation method and the box-counting method.
