Abstract
ENGLISH:
The rapid development of the era is very demanding changes from all fields, especially in terms of education. The 2013 curriculum states that there are 4 learning models in early childhood. The different learning models used in PAUD lead to different outcomes or outputs for children. Therefore, whatever the model is used, children can play comfortably, safely, and develop critical thinking skills, creative, and good behavior.
The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the center learning model (beyond centers and circle time) in optimizing cognitive aspects in group B RA Syihabuddin Malang.
This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive qualitative research. Data collected using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data consists of words analyzed by means of collection, reduction, presentation data, and conclusion collection.
The results showed that: 1) Planning learning centers (beyond centers and circle time) in the context of cognitive optimization in group B about learning objectives, learning in learning activities, and classroom managers by making syllabus (annual programs, semester programs, learning learning plans, and daily learning assistance plans). 2) The implementation of the learning model is centered (beyond centers and circle time) on group B in optimizing cognitive aspects including footing, learning methods, learning media. The footing consists of the playing environment footing, the footing before playing, the footing during play and the footing after playing. while the learning methods used include methods, storytelling, singing methods, travel methods, role playing methods, demonstration methods, assignment methods, project methods, habituation methods, conversation methods, and training methods. And finally learning media is made according to the theme and center. 3) Optimizing cognitive aspects through learning center models (beyond centers and circle time) in group B through arts and creativity centers developing skills and works, preparation centers developing literacy, and beam centers developing systematic thinking abilities so as to optimize students' mental (brain) activities.
INDONESIA:
Pesatnya perkembangan zaman sangat menuntut perubahan-perubahan dari segala bidang, terutama dalam hal bidang pendidikan. Kurikulum 2013 menyatakan bahwa terdapat 4 model pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Perbedaan model pembelajaran yang di gunakan di PAUD menimbulkan hasil atau output yang berbeda juga pada anak. Oleh karena itu, apa pun model yang digunakan, anak bisa bermain nyaman, aman, dan berkembang kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan perilaku baiknya.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran sentra (beyond centers and circle time) dalam mengoptimalkan aspek kognitif pada kelompok B RA Syihabuddin Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul berupa kata-kata yang dianalisis dengan cara pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran sentra (beyond centers and circle time) dalam mengoptimalkan aspek kognitif pada kelompok B mengacu pada tujuan pembelajaran, tahap-tahap dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan pengelola kelas dengan membuat silabus (program tahunan, program semester, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran mingguan, dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian. 2) Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran sentra (beyond centers and circle time) dalam mengoptimalkan aspek kognitif meliputi pijakan-pijakan, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran. 3) Optimalisasi aspek kognitif melalui model pembelajaran sentra (beyond centers and circle time) pada kelompok B melalui sentra sentra seni dan kreativitas mengembangkan keterampilan dan berkarya, sentra persiapan mengembangkan keaksaraan, dan sentra balok mengembangkan kemampuan sistematika berfikir sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan mental (otak) peserta didik.
