Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pendidikan Agama Islam bukan hanya transfer pengetahuan , tetapi sebuah sistem yang diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran toleransi dan menerima perbedaan, dalam rangka mewujudkan kepribadian peserta didik yang memiliki sikap toleransi.
Tujuan penelitian dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah pertama, mendiskripsikan konsep Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun toleransi beragama siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Poncokusumo Satu Atap Kabupaten Malang. Kedua, mendeskripsikan strategi internalisasi nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun toleransi beragama siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Poncokusumo Satu Atap Kabupaten Malang. Ketiga, implikasi dari internalisasi nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun toleransi beragama siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Poncokusumo Satu Atap Kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek SMP Negeri 3 Poncokusumo Satu Atap Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Proses pengecekan data menggunakan triangulangsi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa internalisasi nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai berikut: Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membangun toleransi yang diterapkan meliputi Konsep Nilai Kesamaan, Nilai Keadilan dan Nilai Kebebasan. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam hal membangun toleransi umat beragama meliputi pendekatan keteladanan, kedisiplinan dan pembiasaan. Dengan tujuan seluruh warga sekolah terutama siswa mampu menghargai terhadap semua golongan baik dari yang beragama Islam, Hindu maupun Budha. Serta implikasi dari internalisasi nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam hal membangun toleransi umat beragama menghasilkan sebuah budaya sekolah meliputi saling mengenal, persaudaraan, kerjasama, saling tegur salam, silaturahmi, dan gotong rotong.

Islamic Education is not only a transfer of knowledge, but it is a system which is expected to cultivate the awareness of tolerance and accept differences in order to manifest students' personality with an attitude of tolerance.
Therefore, the research objectives of this thesis are: first, describing the concept of Islamic Education in building religious tolerance of students in Satu Atap State Junior High School 3 Poncokusumo, Malang regency. Second, describing the strategy of internalizing the value of Islamic Education in developing religious tolerance of students in Satu Atap State Junior High School 3 Poncokusumo, Malang. Third, the implications of internalizing the value of Islamic Education in building religious tolerance of students in Satu Atap State Junior High School 3 Poncokusumo, Malang.
In terms of methodology, this study used descriptive qualitative approach by taking the object Satu Atap State Junior High School 3 Poncokusumo, Malang regency. The data collection were carried out in three ways; observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, the techniques of data analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Thus, triangulation were used for checking the data.
The results of the analysis show that Islamic education values in developing tolerance which are applied in the internalization of Islamic Education values covers the concept of equality, justice and freedom values. In addition, the undertaken strategies by Islamic educational teachers in terms of building the religious tolerance are exemplary, disciplined and habituation approaches. Moreover, by the aim of all school members, particularly students, are able to respect all groups of Moslem, Hindu or Buddhist. Ultimately, the implications of its internalization in terms of building the religious tolerance produced a school culture comprises knowing each other, fraternity, collaboration, mutual greetings, friendship, and mutual cooperation.
