Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dunia pendidikan sebagai penanggung jawab paling besar dalam menyiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk menghadapi tantangan internal yang tampak pada gejala tergerusnya ketajaman akal budi dan kekukuhan mentalitas bangsa. Oleh sebab itu perlunya mengimplementasikan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) pada siswa. Untuk mempersiapkan kompetensi peserta didik menyongsong abad 21, memupuk rasa cinta dan peduli terhadap kemajuan daerah, meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dan meningkatkan mutu soal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1)Memahami perencanaan guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban, 2)Memahami pelaksanaan guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban, 3)Menemukan hasil guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian ini studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru PAI kelas IX, berada di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban. Metode pengumpulan data, observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1)Perencanaan guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban berupa pembuatan RPP yang HOTS, dilihat melalui tingkatan Kata Kerja Operasional (KKO) yang digunakan pada Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (IPK). Karena, melalui IPK guru bisa menyusun kisi-kisi soal yang akhirnya akan menghasilkan soal HOTS. 2)Pelaksanaan guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban yaitu dengan menyusun kisi-kisi soal, untuk memandu dalam memilih KD yang dapat dibuat soal HOTS.3) Hasil guru PAI terhadap penyusunan soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di SMP Negeri 3 Tuban yaitu berupa soal HOTS.

The world of education is the greatest responsibility in preparing human resources (HR) to face internal challenges that appear in the symptoms of the erosion of the intellect and the strength of the nation's mentality. Therefore the need to implement Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions for students. Preparing the competencies of students to welcome the 21st century, cultivating a sense of love and care for the progress of the region, increasing student motivation to learn and improve the quality of the questions.
This research is aimed at: 1) Understanding the planning of Islamic EducationTeacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban, 2) Understanding the implementation of Islamic Education Teacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban,, 3) Finding out the results of Islamic EducationTeacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban,
This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of research is case study. The subjects of the study were Islamic Education Teachergrade IX , located at SMP Negeri 3 Tuban. Methods of data collection, field observations, interviews, and documentation.
The results showed that 1) Islamic EducationTeacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban in the form of making HOTS lesson plans, viewed through the operational verb levelused on the competency achievement indicator. Because, through the competency achievement indicator teacher can compile a lattice of questions that will eventually produce HOTS questions. 2) The implementation ofIslamic EducationTeacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban, namely by arranging the lattice of questions, to guide in choosing the basic competencies that can be made about HOTS questions. 3) The results of Islamic Education Teacher for the formulation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban namely in the form of HOTS questions.
