وفقا ﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﺟﺎﻭﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻗﻴﺔ ﺭﻗﻢ 19 ﻟﻠﻤﺎﺩﺓ 2 ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻹﻗﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻛﻤﺤﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﺍﻹﻟﺰﺍﻣﻲ ﻓﻲﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻻﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ، ﻋﻠﻢ ﺻﻮﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﺓ 2 ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻹﻗﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﻔﺼﻼ ﻫﻲ ﻛﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻟﻠﻤﺤﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻻﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﺎﻭﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻗﻴﺔ، ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﻭﺭﻳﺔ .ﻟﺬﻟﻚ، ﻛﻤﻌﻠﻢ، ﻳﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻓﻲﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺃﻭﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻻﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ، ﺇﺣﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻕ ﻫﻲ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺷﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻤﻠﺔ، ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻫﻲﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺴﻢ

ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻫﻲ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ، ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻤﻮﺫﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻫﻮ ﻧﻤﻮﺫﺝ ﺑﻮﺭﺝ ﻭﻏﺎﻝ. ﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻭﻯ والفعالية ﻭﺟﺎﺫﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ، ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﻣﺖ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺔ ﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺷﻜﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﻗﺪﻣﺖ ﺇﻟﻰ(ﺧﺒﺮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻭﺧﺒﺮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﻭﺧﺒﺮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ) ﻭﻣﺴﺆﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﺎﺫﺑﻴﺔ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ. ﻛﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻌﺰﺯﺓ، ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺔ ﺗﻘﻴﻴًﻤﺎ ﻟﻠﻄﻼﺏ ﻓﻲﺍﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﺔ ﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻗﺒﻠﻰ ﻭﺑﻌﺪﻱ
ﺩﻟﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺇﻟﻰﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ ﺟﺪﺍ ﻻﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﻗﻘﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﻴﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ 96%. ﻳﻌﺰﺯ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﻣﻦﻗﺒﻞ ﺧﺒﺮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ 96%. ﻭﺧﺒﺮﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﻫﻲ 92%. ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺪﺍﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﻼﺏ ﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺟﺪﻭﻯ ﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻫﻮ 87٪. ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ -ﺕ- ﻣﻊ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺩﻻلة 0.05ﺣﺼﻠﺖ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ 2.101<3.53053279. ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻓﺮﻕ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺮﻳﺒﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﺑﺘﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺴﻢ ((pop-up book
ABSTRACT
Relating to East Java Governor Regulation of the number of 19 of 2014 of article 2 about Regional Language subjects as mandatory local content in schools / Islamic Boarding, the sound of Article 2 is that the Regional Language is taught separately as a subject of local content in all schools/Islamic Boarding in East Java, which includes Javanese and Madurese Language. Therefore, as an educator is the time to develop Javanese language subjects in schools/Islamic Boarding, one way is to provide interesting teaching materials, one of the teaching materials is Javanese language teaching materials based on pop-up book media
The research aims at: 1) Producing Learning Materials of Javanese Language Based on Pop-Up Book Media in Improving Speaking Skills in 3rd class of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Islamic Elementary School of Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi. 2) Explaining the application of Learning Materials of Javanese Language Based on Pop-Up Book Media in Improving Speaking Skills in 3rd class of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Islamic Elementary School of Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi. 3) Describing the positive and negative impacts of the development of Learning Materials of Javanese Language Based on Pop-Up Book Media in Improving Speaking Skills in 3rd class of Tarbiyatus Shibyan Islamic Elementary School of Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi.
The research uses the Research and Development method, the research model is the Borg and Gall model. In analyzing the level of feasibility, effectiveness, and product attractiveness, researcher uses instruments in the form of questionnaires given to (Learning Experts, design experts, linguists) and the responses of all students toward the attractiveness of Javanese Language teaching material. As reinforcement data, researcher provides an assessment to the students in the form of pre-test and post-test
The results of the research and development indicated that the teaching material of Javanese language based on pop-up book is very feasible to be used by learning expert validators with a score of 96%. The statement was reinforced by design experts with a score of 96%. The linguists were 92%. As well as field trials for students to find out the feasibility of Javanese language teaching materials were 87%. Based on the t-test with a significance level of 0.05 was obtained 3.53053279> 2.101. This showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class, because of the influence of the use of Javanese language teaching materials based on pop-up book
ABSTRAK
Menurut Peraturan Gubenur Jawa Timur Nomor 19 Tahun 2014 pasal 2 tentang mata pelajaran Bahasa Daerah sebagai muatan lokal wajib di sekolah/madrasah, bunyi Pasal 2 yaitu Bahasa Daerah diajarkan secara terpisah sebagai mata pelajaran muatan lokal wajib di seluruh sekolah/madrasah di Jawa Timur, yang meliputi Bahasa Jawa dan Bahasa Madura. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai seorang pendidik sudah sepatutnya untuk mengembangkan mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa di sekolah/madrasah, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memberikan bahan ajar yang menarik dan tidak membosankan, salah satu bahan ajar tersebut adalah bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menghasilkan bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi. 2) Menjelaskan penerapan pengembangan bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi. 3) Mendeskripsikan dampak positif dan negatif pengembangan bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Reseacrh and Development, sedangkan model yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah model Borg dan Gall. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelayakan, keefektifan, dan kemenarikan produk, peneliti menggunkan instrumen berupa angket yang diberikan kepada (Ahli Pembelajaran, ahli desain, ahli bahasa) serta tanggapan seluruh siswa terhadap kemenarikan bahan ajar bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa. Sebagai data penguat peneliti memberikan penilaian kepada siswa berupa uji pretest dan postest.
Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan oleh validator ahli pembelajaran dengan skor perolehan sebesar 96%. Pernyataan tersebut diperkuat oleh ahli desain dengan skor perolehan sebesar 96%. Sedangkan ahli bahasa dengan skor perolehan sebesar 92%. Serta uji coba lapangan kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa dengan sekor perolehan sebesar 87%. Berdasarkan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh hasil yaitu 3,53053279 2,101. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, karena adanya pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar Bahasa Jawa berbasis media pop up book.
