Abstract
INDONESIA :
Mahasiswa dituntut untuk belajar dengan baik di perguruan tinggi melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan serta pengabdian di masyarakat seperti cantumkan pada tri dharma perguruan tinggi yakni 1. Pendidikan 2. Penelitian dan pengembangan 3. Pengabdian. Tuntutan belajar dikampus memaksa mahasiswa untuk berfikir kritis dan mandiri dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan.
Mengacu pada latar belakang pada problematika yang dibahas dan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan self management. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar, tingkat self management serta mengetahui hubungan antar dua variabel motivasi belajar dengan self management.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 936 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan kluster sampling terlebih dahulu kemudian diambil secara random sampling jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 222 responden, pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert, analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis product momment dengan SPSS versi 16 for windows.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa fakultas psikologi rata-rata memiliki self management yang tinggi dengan prosentase sebesar 65 % dan tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang sebagian besar berada pada kategori tinggi yakni dengan presentase sebesar 55%. hasil uji korelasi diperoleh rxy sebesar 0,440 pada taraf signifikan 0,000 pada 222, karena hasil angka korelasinya positif maka terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kedua variabel yang signifikan karena p < 0,05. sehingga menunjukan bahwasanya memiliki derajat hubungan yang sedang antar variabel dan berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi pula self managementnya.

The student is required to study well in a university to carry out research and development and community service as stated in the tri dharma of university, namely 1. Education 2. Research and development 3. Service. The learning demands in the campus force the students to think critically and independently in completing the tasks.
Relating to the background above, the research is about the relations between learning motivation and self management. The purposes of the research are to determine the level of learning motivation, the level of self management and the relations between two variables of learning motivation and self management.
The research used a quantitative correlational research method, the subject of this research amounted to 936 respondents who were selected using a cluster sampling first, then taken by random sampling, the number of samples were taken as many as 222 respondents, retrieval of data used a Likert scale, analysis in this research used product analysis momment with SPSS version 16 for windows.
Based on the results of the research it was found that the level of learning motivation of psychology faculty students had a high self-management with a percentage of 65, and the learning motivation level of Psychology Faculty students of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang was in the high category with a percentage of 55%. Correlation test results were obtained by rxy of 0.440 of significant level of 0.000 at 222, because the results of the correlation numbers were positive. there was a positive and significant relationship between the two variables because p <0.05. It showed that it had a moderate degree of relationship between variables, and it meant that the higher in the learning motivation, then the higher in self-management.
