Abstract
INDONESIA:
Nanopartikel emas (Au) merupakan partikel-partikel emas yang telah dibentuk dalam ukuran 1-100 nanometer dengan mensintesis HAuCl4 menggunakan bioreduktor ekstrak buah Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) menggunakan bantuan irradiasi microwave. Keunggulan bioreduktor bahan alam adalah tidak bersifat toksik dan kelimpahan yang melimpah. Penelitian ini meliputi reduksi HAuCl4 menjadi Auº menggunakan senyawa aktif dari ekstrak buah Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.). Sintesis dibantu dengan penembakan radiasi gelombang micro. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakan instrumen UV-Vis dan Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa nanopartikel emas berwarna ungu-burgundy dengan kondisi optimum daya microwave 60 watt selama 60 menit dengan volume bioredukor 1,2 mL. Analisa Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) menggunakan perbesaran 80000 kali menunjukkan bahwa ukuran nanopartikel emas (Auº) sebesar 16,815-28,335 nm berbentuk spherical, trigonal dan heksagonal yang dapat stabil selama 7 hari.

Gold nanoparticles (Au) are gold particles that have been formed in sizes 1-100 nanometers by synthesizing HAuCl4 using bioreductors of Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) fruit extract using microwave irradiation. The advantages of bioreductor natural materials are not toxic and abundant abundance. This study included the reduction of HAuCl4 to Auº using the active compound from Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) fruit extract. Synthesis is aided by firing micro wave radiation. The synthesis results were characterized using UV-Vis and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) instruments. The results of characterization showed that gold nanoparticles are purple-burgundy with the optimum condition of microwave power 60 watt for 60 minutes with bioreductor volume 1.2 mL. The analysis of transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) using a magnification of 80000 times indicated that the size of the gold nanoparticles (Auº) was 16,815-28,335 nm in the form of spherical, trigonal and hexagonal which can be stable for 7 days.
