Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat, menuntut manajer perusahaan foto studio untuk senantiasa memberikan pelayanan terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Melalui kualitas pelayanan yang sesuai dengan harapan para pelanggan, maka diharapkan akan membangun minat pembelian ulang sehingga perusahaan tidak perlu khawatir terhadap pelanggan yang akan menggunakan jasanya dimasa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat pembelian ulang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat pembelian ulang serta seberapa besar kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Summer Photo Studio Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang yang pernah melakukan foto di Summer Photo Studio Malang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 115 responden serta kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji mediasi menggunakan sobel test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat pembelian ulang Summer Photo Studio Malang, terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Summer Photo Studio Malang, terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat pembelian ulang Summer Photo Studio Malang, serta variabel kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat pembelian ulang Summer Photo Studio Malang.
ENGLISH:
The increasingly tight competition condition requires managers of photo studio companies to always provide the best service in order to fulfill the needs and desires of customers. Through the service quality that is suitable with the expectations of customers, it is expected to build intention in repurchasing so that the company does not need to worry about customers who will use their services in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the direct effect of service quality on repurchase intention, the direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the direct effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, and how much customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on repurchase intention in Summer Photo Studio Malang.
This study used a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all people who had taken photos at Summer Photo Studio Malang. The sample used was 115 respondents and questionnaires used to collect the data.. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test and mediation test using Sobel test.
The results showed that there was a direct effect of service quality on repurchase intention, service quality on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention in Summer Photo Studio Malang. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediated the indirect effect of service quality on repurchase intention in Summer Photo Studio Malang.
