Sistem pendukung keputusan penerima JAMKESMAS menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP)

Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat (JAMKESMAS) adalah program bantuan sosial pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat miskin dan tidak mampu. Program ini diselenggarakan secara nasionl agar terjadi subsidi silang dalam rangka mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi masyarakat miskin. Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh banyaknya kasus yang menyatakan bahwa penyaluran JAMKESMAS tidak tepat sasaran, ada JAMKESMAS yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat tidak mampu secara ekonomi, namun terkadang masih ada masyarakat kaya yang juga menerimanya khussnya di Desa Kintelan untuk itu dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan penerima JAMKESMAS di Desa Kintelan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP perhitungannya mengunakan sistem matrik berpasangan. Sistem ini sangatlah akurat dalam perhitungan mencari nilai tertinggi dalam penentuan penerima JAMKESMAS. Kriteria kemiskinan yang dilakukan berdasarkan kondisi warga masyarakat Desa Kintelan berupa Pekerjaan (PNS, Swasta, Pengangguran), Rumah (layak, Cukup layak, kurang layak, tidak layak), Penghasilan (Rp.500.000, < Rp.1000.000, < Rp.2.000.000, > Rp.2000.000), Status Rumah (Sewa, Milik Sendir dan Menumpang) Dan jumlah menanggung (1, 2, lebih dari 2), Hasil pengujian sitem lama dengan sistem yang baru tedapat sedikit perbedaan karena pembulatan angka di belakang koma.

Public Health insurance (JAMKESMAS) was a health service social assistance program for the poor and disadvantaged. This program was held nationally as a purpose of getting cross-subsidies occur in order to create comprehensive health service for poor. The background of his research was the number of cases stating that the distribution of JAMKESMAS was not on target. There was JAMKESMAS which was intended for economically disadvantaged people, but sometimes there were still rich people who also receive it, especially in Kintelan Village. However, decision support system in determining JAMKESMAS recipients in Kintelan Village using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was made for. The calculation method AHP used paired matrix system. This system was very accurate in calculating to find the highest value in determing JAMKESMAS recipiens. The poverty criterias were carried out based on the conditions of the residents of Kintelan Village in the farm of employment (civil servants, private, unemployment), income (Rp.500.000, <Rp.1000.000, <Rp.2.000.000, >Rp.2000.000), house status (rent, own, and ride in) and the mount of bear (1, 2, mere than 2). The result of testing the old system with the new system had little difference dou to rounding the decimal point.
