Abstract
INDONESIA:
Setiap sekolah memiliki peraturan tata tertib yang berlaku, tata tertib sekolah berfungsi sebagai pedoman berperilaku siswa untuk menciptakan kehidupan sekolah yang tertib, aman, tentram, kondusif dan disiplin. Apabila siswa melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib maka akan merugikan dirinya sendiri, bahkan akan mendapatkan sanksi ataupun hukuman. Disinilah upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling diperlukan untuk mendampingi, membantu dan mengawasi para siswa untuk berperilaku disiplin supaya tidak melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran tata tertib siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS melanggar tata tertib (3) untuk mengetahui upaya guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi pelanggaran tata tertib siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) bentuk pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS tergolong pelanggaran ringan, diantaranya: terlambat, atribut tidak lengkap, membolos pelajaran, tidak masuk tanpa keterangan (alfa), tidak mengikuti upacara, tidak mengejakan tugas, (2) faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS melanggar tata tertib yakni faktor dari dalam (instrinsik), yaitu rasa malas dan faktor dari luar (ekstrinsik), yaitu faktor keluarga dan pengaruh teman sebaya, selain itu, keadaan geografis jarak rumah siswa dengan sekolah yang lumayan jauh, (3) upaya guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi pelanggaran tata tertib siswa kelas XI jurusan IPS yakni melakukan identifikasi masalah, pemberian peringatan, nasehat, hukuman, melakukan pemanggilan, melakukan pengawasan, kunjungan rumah (home visit), memanggil orang tua dan melakukan kerjasama dengan guru atau wali kelas

Every school must have a regulation that applies, school rules function as a guideline to behave students to create an orderly, safe, peaceful, conducive and disciplined school life. If students violate the rules, they will harm themselves, they will even get sanctions or penalties. This is where the teacher's guidance and counseling efforts are needed to assist, assist and supervise students to behave in a disciplined manner so as not to violate the rules.
The purpose of this study are: (1) to find out the forms of violations in the discipline students of class XI social sciences education program, (2) to find out the factors that cause students of class XIsocial sciences education program in violation of order (3) to determine the counselor's efforts to overcome violations order of class XI students social sciences education program.
This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed data by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results showed that, (1) the forms of violations committed by class XI students in social sciences education program were classified as minor violations, including: late, incomplete attributes, skipping lessons, not entering without information (alpha), not attending ceremonies, not spelling out assignments, (2) factors that cause students of class XI social sciences education program to violate the discipline of factors from within (intrinsic), namely feeling lazy and external (extrinsic) factors, namely family factors and peer influences, in addition, geographical distance between students' homes and schools which is quite far, (3) the efforts of counseling teachers in overcoming violations of the discipline of class XI students social sciences education programis namely identifying problems, giving warnings, advice, punishment, making summons, conducting surveillance (home visits), calling parents and collaborate with the teacher or homeroom teacher.
