Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan kita, dari pendidikan kita dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dengan cara melatih kemampuan intelektual kita guna meningkatkan motivasi kita dalam proses memobilisasi seganap komponenkomponen pendidikan agar lebih terarah guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui perencanaan Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) SMA Negeri 6 Malang 2) Mengetahui Pengorganisasian dan Pelaksanaan Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) di SMA Negeri 6 Malang 3) Mengetahui Evaluasi Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) SMA Negeri Malang. 4) Mengetahui Manfaat PSB SMA Negeri 6 Malang dalam meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X IPS
Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini yaitu penelitian Kualitatif. Metode dalam pengambilan dan memperoleh data yang dilakukan peneliti adalah menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) proses perencanaan dilakuan dengan memebuat sebuah rancangan perencanaan progra-program kerja yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi dari sekolah, hal ini agar didasari agar menciptaka suasana belajar yang efektif dan efisien 2) proses pengorganisasian dilakuakn dengan membuat susunan pengurus, dimana koordinator adalah orang yang memimpin, mengawasi dan mengedalikan pelaksanaan program-program dari pengembanga PSB SMA Negeri 6 Malang, Pelaksanaan pusat sumber belajar SMA negeri 6 Malang sebagai wadah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.dengan dilaksankaannya E-learning untuk memudahkan kegiatan belajar mengajar. 3) proses evaluasi telah dilakukan setiap akhir semester dan diawal masuk peserta didik baru, dengan menilai keefektifan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dan meningkatkan kinerja kerja pegawai. 4) pelaksanaan program-program PSB menujukan bahwa adanya peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS, dikarenakan meningkatnya minat membaca siswa setelah adanya program E-Learning.

Education is very important in our lives, from education we can gain knowledge by training our intellectual abilities to increase our motivation in the process of mobilizing all components of education, so that, they are more directed towards achieving educational purpose.
This study aims to: 1) find out the planning of Learning Center (PSB) in the Senior High School 2) Knowing the Organizing and Implementation of Learning Resource Centers (PSB) in Senior High School 6 Malang 3) Knowing the Evaluation of Learning Resource Centers (PSB) in Senior High School 6 Malang.4) Knowing the Benefits of SMA 6 Malang PSB in improving Learning Outcomes of Class X IPS Students
The research that the researchers did was qualitative research. The method in retrieving and obtaining data conducted by researchers is using the method of interview, observation, and documentation.
The results that, 1) the planning process was carried out by making a design plan for work programs that were in accordance with the vision and mission of the school, so that it was based on creating an effective and efficient learning atmosphere 2) the organizing process was done by making management arrangements, where the coordinator is the person who leads, supervises and controls the implementation of programs from the developer of Learning Center of Senior High School 6 Malang, the implementation of senior high school 6 Malang learning resource center as a forum to improve the quality of education with the implementation of E-learning to facilitate teaching and learning activities. 3) the evaluation process has been carried out at the end of each semester and at the beginning of the entry of new students, by assessing the effectiveness of the activities that have been carried out and improving employee work performance. 4) the implementation of PSB programs shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in class X IPS, due to the increased interest in reading students after the E-Learning program
