Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh NAA, BAP dan kombinasi NAA dan BAP terhadap induksi tunas aksilar jamblang (Syzygium cumini). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial. Terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh NAA (0 mg/l; 0,25 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l; 0,75 mg/l; 1 mg/l) dan BAP (0 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l;1 mg/l; 1,5 mg/l; 2 mg/l). Parameter yang diamati adalah hari muncul tunas, jumlah tunas, tinggi tunas, dan jumlah daun pada tunas aksilar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA, dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT 5%, serta uji regresi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan NAA 0,5 mg/l berpengaruh nyata terhadap hari muncul tunas yaitu 27,06 HST dengan jumlah tunas sebanyak 5,26 buah, dan tunas tertinggi 5,36 cm, serta jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 5,9 helai. Konsentrasi BAP 1 mg/l berpengaruh nyata terhadap hari muncul tunas yaitu 24 HST dengan jumlah tunas 6,06 buah, dan tunas tertinggi sebanyak 5,35 cm, serta jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 7,33 helai. Perlakuan pada NAA 0+ BAP 1 mg/l adalah interaksi yang paling efektif terhadap hari muncul tunas yaitu 26,6 HST dengan jumlah tunas sebanyak 6,66 buah, dan tunas tertinggi 5,37 serta jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 8,33 helai.
ENGLISH:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NAA, BAP and a combination of NAA and BAP on induction of jamblang aksilar buds (Syzygium cumini). This research using Factorial Completely Randomized Design. Consisting of two treatment factors, namely concentration of NAA growth regulator (0 mg / l; 0.25 mg / l; 0.5 mg / l; 0.75 mg / l; 1 mg / l) and BAP (0 mg / l; 0.5 mg / l; 1 mg / l; 1.5 mg / l; 2 mg / l). The parameters observed are days that appear shoots, number of shoots, shoot height, and number of leaves in axillary buds. Data obtained analyzed using ANAVA, followed by a 5% DMRT test, as well as a regression test. Results Research shows that the addition of NAA 0.5 mg / l has a significant effect on the day shoots were 27.06 HST with a number of shoots of 5.26, and the highest shoots 5.36 cm, and the highest number of leaves is 5.9. The concentration of BAP 1 mg / l has an effect The real growth rate for shoots was 24 days after planting with 6.06 shoots, and shoots the highest is 5.35 cm, and the highest number of leaves is 7.33 strands. Treatment on 0+ BAP NAA 1 mg / l is the most effective interaction on the day shoots appear that is 26.6 HST with the number of shoots as many as 6.66 pieces, and the highest shoots 5.37 and the highest number of leaves is 8.33 strands.
