Pusat modifikasi sepeda motor di Surabaya adalah suatu tempat atau sarana yang memberikan pelayanan segala macam kegiatan modifikasi sepeda motor seperti modifikasi mesin, modifikasi body, modifikasi cat, modifikasi aksesoris serta pelayanan secara terpusat di Surabaya ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah para pecinta sepeda motor dan modifikasi untuk mengeksplor hobinya tanpa harus mereka terhalangi oleh keterbatasan fasilitas yang ada saat ini.

Pusat modifikasi sepeda motor di Surabaya menyediakan tempat/area pameran, guna memajang motor-motor hasil modifikasi serta mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan seperti kontes maupun perlombaan baik antar club yang ada di Surabaya sendiri dengan skala regional maupun Nasional.
