Abstract
ENGLISH:
Indonesian country is the country that has rich in various culture and customs. One of the including part of it is a variety of traditional foods (specific local food). The globalization era currently has been occured the development of some areas entirely without the exception of culinary side. Printed media, telekomunikasi media included the internet and there are many demo or seminar of cooking by large capacity that participate in supporting the development of culinary side. This case is giving some newest informations that needed by society in this golbalization era. The traditional food that existing in Indonesia has developed related to the culture of indonesian society it self. The traditional food is different in each of others area and has widespreaded in various area.
Lamongan has a variety of culinary, tastes and apperence which each of it dish of food has specific feature and it delicious. The regency of Kabupaten Lamongan has a variety of culinary, from the small food until the main one has being a special feature of Lamongan regency. Also it lamongan regency has potential of culinary tourism by a variety of food product such as ”Soto Lamongan”, “Nasi Boran”, “Tahu Campur” and various food of special seafood in Lamongan regency that has been an icon of culinary in Lamongan Regency. But some of potential culinary that sufficiently various has not an interesting packaged. So that it has optimally could not promote the image of Lamongan Regency as the object of culinary.
The implementation of a concept in the planning of arsitektur object has purposed to to give limitation for the object of planning, so that this object has feature of itself. The central Planning of Culinary Tour in Lamongan Regency is using the concept of Eklektic Oceanic. The culture of oceanic is heterogeneous and multi-cultural, so that it can be define as a culture of respone product of human to the ecological (oceanic) that multi-cultural. It multi-cultural is result of cross-cultural, such as the original cultural and comers. The appeared activities of new comers is alco a part of oceanic. The existance of ocean has also make the activities sailorship and commercial that enable the society has high mobility and get the moving of one place to others. So that has most likely the existence of meeting between the native and new comers.
The Eklektic Oceanic is used for reflective description about place of toorism that located in the area of littoral that can reflect the image of object as the tourism place that give a natural tour and a variety of oceanic culture. It eklektic Oceanic has a potential in creating and combination of some aspects, ideas, element and theory of oceanic. The Eklektik Oceanic has potential in creating and combination from some aspects, ideas, and theory of oceanic. These choosen, one of the reason is in order to preserve of culture in the same place of region.
