التربية هو أحد العوامل المهمة لبناء المدن الصغيرة. بالتربية فتعرف الدولة على الوجود. الآن، أظهرت التربية في إندونيسيا تقدمها بالفوز لعديد من المسابقات في العالم.

لذلك، فإن الحكومة بدأت الآن في بناء المدن الصغيرة في ضواحيها بفتح المعاهد الفنية دولة مادورا الواقعة في محافظة سامبانج. المعاهد الفنية هي الجامعة التي تنظم التربية المهنية في عدد من مجالات المعرفة الخاصة. أحدها في إندونيسيا هي المعاهد الفنية دولة مادورا (POLTERA). بنيت Poltera نفسها في عام 2012.

الغرض من إنشاء Poltera هو للكفائة من احتياجات الموارد البشرية (SDM) المؤهلة للقطاع الصناعي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، المخافة تشهد ظروف المجتمع سانبانج، جزيرة مادورا، التي لا تزال في حالة الفقر والتخلف، لأن مواردها البشرية لا يمكن استيعابها من العالم الصناعي هناك، بل مادورا تقع على موارد النفط والغاز. عندما يكون هناك المواهب المحلية المستخدمة في الصناعات هناك، فهم كالمساعدين أو السلطة الادارية، بذوي الدخل المنخفض. كما يعرف، من خلال التربية سوف يوجه الشخص إلى مرحلة الأعلى في حياته.

لتصميم المعاهد الفنية القادرة على الوفاء بوظائف مستخدميها، استخدم البناء الذكي كالموضوع في التصميم. استخدم هذا الموضوع لكفائة احتياجات المستخدمين الذين يحتاجون إلى أنظمة التقنية لضمان عملية التعلم.

البناء الذكي أو التصميم المعمارية ’الذكية’ والمستقبلية هي خيار للإجابة على هذا التحدي. مفهوم هذا التصميم هو استخدام الطاقة الطبيعية، الطاقة الاصناعية، أوالطاقة المتجددة لمرافق البناء العالية والمعقدة. كفائة الطاقة في أنظمة الإنارة والتهوية المذكورة يمكن تنفيذها باستخدام مواد التكنولوجيا الحالية، الذي يشير إلى نظام الاستشعار والرقمنة.

ABSTRACT

Education is one of important factors in the advancement of a state. By education a state’s existence can be recognized. Currently, education in Indonesia has been showing its advancement by winning several competitions in the world.

Therefore, currently the government is starting to build small towns of the outskirts by the opening of The Politeknik Negeri Madura (State Polytechnic of Madura) which is located in sampan regency. Polytechnic are colleges that organize vocational education in a number of specialized areas of knowledge. One of the Polytechnics in Indonesia is Politeknik Negeri Madura. POLTERA itself was built in 2012.

The purpose of the establishment of POLTERA was to meet the needs of qualified human resources (HR) for the industrial sector. In addition, the concerns of witnessing the community conditions of Sampang, Madura Island, which was still in poverty and underdeveloped, because of its human resources could not be absorbed by the industrial world in the area, where as Madura was located on the oil and gas resources area. Even if there had already been local descendants who were employed iin those industries, they were only employedas helpers or administration powers, with low income. As we knew, through education a person would be able to go to the higher stages of life.

To design a polytechnic that could fulfil the function for its users, Smart Building was used as a theme in the design. The use of this theme was to meet the needs of its users who needed the system of technology for smoothness of the learning process.

Smart building or smart and futuristic building design became the preference to answer this challenge. The concept of this design was the utilization of natural energy, artificial energy and renewable energy for high and complex building utilities. The energy efficiency of the lighting and carriage systems of sensor and digitization.

ABSTRAK

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penting demi kemajuan sebuah Negara. Dengan pendidikan sebuah Negara dapat diakui keberadaannya. Saat ini, pendidikan di Indonesia sudah menampakkan kemajuannya dengan memenangkan beberapa ajang kompetisi di Dunia.

Oleh karena itu, saat ini Pemerintah sedang memulai membangun kota-kota kecil di pinggiran dengan di bukanya Politenik Negeri Madura yang bertempat di Kabupaten Sampang. Politeknik adalah perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan vokasi dalam sejumlah bidang pengetahuan khusus. Salah satu Politeknik yang ada di Indonesia adalah Politeknik Negeri Madura (POLTERA). Poltera sendiri dibangun pada tahun 2012.

Tujuan berdirinya Poltera adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas untuk sektor industri. Selain itu, keprihatinan menyaksikan kondisi masyarakat Kabupaten Sampang, Pulau Madura, yang masih berada dalam kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan, karena sumber daya manusianya belum bisa diserap oleh industri dunia yang ada di sana, padahal Madura terletak di atas sumber minyak dan gas. Kalaupun sudah ada putera daerah yang dipekerjakan di industri-industri di sana, mereka hanyalah sebagai helper atau tenaga admin, dengan penghasilan rendah.Sebagaimana diketahui, melalui pendidikan seseorang akan menuju ke tahapan yang lebih tinggi dalam kehidupannya.

Untuk merancang sebuah Politeknik yang dapat memenuhi fungsi bagi penggunanya, maka digunakan Smart Building sebagai tema dalam perancangan. Digunakannya tema ini adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bagi penggunanya yang membutuhkan sistem teknologi demi kelancaran dalam proses pembelajaran.

Smart Building atau desain bangunan yang ‘pintar’dan futuristik menjadi pilihan untuk menjawab tantangan ini. Konsep desain ini adalah pemanfaatan energi alam, energi buatan, maupun energi terbarukan untuk utilitas bangunan tinggi dan kompleks. Efisiensi energi pada sistem pencahayaan dan penghawaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan material berteknologi terkini, yang mengacu pada sistem sensor dan digitasi.
