Abstract
INDONESIA :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adakah efek signifikan pelatihan berpikir positif terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri pencapaian target hafalan al-Quran pada Santri PPTQ Nurul Furqon Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pretest-posttest control group design. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa skala efikasi diri yaitu General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) oleh Matthias Jerusalem dan Ralf Schwarzer (1981) yang merajuk pada aspek efikasi diri oleh Bandura. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada santri penghafal al-Quran yang berstatus mahasiswa di PPTQ. Nurul Furqon Malang. Jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik non-parametrik, yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh nilai Z = -0,476 dengan nilai p = 0,05. sedangkan pada asumsi signifikansi sebesar 0, 634 (p> 0.05) atau 0.634>0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima yang artinya pelaithan berpikir positif tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam peningkatan efikasi diri pada santri PPTQ Nurul Furqon Malang.
ENGLISH :
This study aims at examining the effect of positive thinking training on improving self-efficacy in achieving the target of memorizing Koran planned by Santri at PPTQ. Nurul Furqon, Malang. This study employs pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used in data collection is in the form of self-efficacy scale, namely General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) developed by Matthias Jerusalem and Ralf Schwarzer (1981) which is based on the aspect of self-efficacy proposed by Bandura. This study was conducted toward numerous Santri memorizing Koran at PPTQ Nurul Furqon, Malang, who are also university students. The numbers of research subjects are 10 people which are selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data are analyzed by using non-parametric statistical technique, namely Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test by using SPSS 20.0 for windows. Based on the result of the study, the value of Z which is obtained is -0.476 with p value of 0.05, while the assumption of significance is 0.634 (p> 0.05) or 0.634> 0.05. It indicates that H0 is accepted and it means that positive thinking training does not have significant influence on the improvement of the self-efficacy of Santri at PPTQ Nurul Furqon, Malang.
