Abstract
INDONESIA:
Self-regulated learning merupakan dasar penting dalam kesuksesan proses belajar peserta didik. Self-regulated learning adalah kemampuan indivudu dalam mengelola, mengatur, serta menetapkan tujuan belajar dengan melibatkan aspek kognisi, motivasi, dan perilaku. Peserta didik mengatur dan menetapkan tujuan belajarnya agar mendapatkan prestasi yang memuaskan di sekolah dengan membuat atau memperbaiki strategi belajar yang sesuai dengan mereka. Sebelum menetapkan strategi belajar untuk mendapatkan prestasi, peserta didik harus mempunyai motivasi untuk berprestasi. Motivasi berprestasi dapat memengaruhi terbentuknya self-regulated learning pada diri peserta didik.
Rumusan masalah antara lain: (1) Bagaimana motivasi berprestasi siswa di MAN 2 Batu Malang? (2) Bagaimana self regulated learning siswa di MAN 2 Batu Malang? (3) Bagaimana hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan self regulated learning pada siswa di MAN 2 Batu Malang?
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa di MAN 2 Batu Malang. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa MAN 2 Batu Malang kelas X dan XI yang berjumlah 159 orang dengan rentang usia 14-16 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling karena sekolah terdiri dari kelas-kelas dan sifatnya homogen. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan dua skala, yaitu skala motivasi berprestasi dan Skala adaptasi Motivational Strategies For Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) yang telah dikembangkan oleh Pintrich untuk mengatur self-regulated learning.
Skala motivasi berprestasi terdiri dari 43 item dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,828. Skala Self-regulated learning terdiri dari 81 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,942. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dengan hasil koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,458 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05), artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan adanya hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan self-regulated learning.

Self-regulated learning is an foundation in the success of learning. Self-regulated learning is the individual ability in managing, organizing, and setting learning goals by involving aspects of cognition, motivation, and behavior. Learners organize and set their learning goals to gain satisfactory achievement in school by making or improving learning strategies that suit them. Before setting learning strategies for achievement, learners should be motivated to perform. Achievement motivation can influence the formation of self-regulated learning in the students themselves.
The formulation of the problem includes: (1) How achievement motivation in MAN 2 Batu Malang? (2) How self-regulated learning students in MAN 2 Batu Malang? (3) How is the relationship between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning in students in MAN 2 Batu Malang?
The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning in students at MAN 2 Batu Malang. Research subjects were students of MAN 2 Batu Malang class X and XI, amounting to 159 people with age range 14-16 years. The research method used is quantitative research method. Researchers use random sampling technique because the school consists of classes and is homogeneous. The data were collected by two scales, namely achievement motivation scale and Adaptation Scale of Motivational Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) which have been developed by Pintrich to manage self-regulated learning.
Achievement motivation scale consists of 43 items with reliability coefficient of 0.828. Self-regulated learning scale consists of 81 items with reliability coefficient of 0.942. Data analysis in research using correlation analysis method with result of correlation coefficient (rxy) equal to 0,458 with p = 0,000 (p <0,05), it means hypothesis that there is positive relation between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning.
