Pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap penguatan strategi bisnis UMKM di Kota Malang

Perkembangan digitalisasi mendorong terjadinya perubahan dalam pengelolaan usaha, termasuk pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung pengelolaan informasi, proses pengambilan keputusan, serta penyusunan strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Namun, pada praktiknya masih terdapat pelaku UMKM yang belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan teknologi sehingga strategi bisnis yang dijalankan belum mampu mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing usaha secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM sektor kuliner di Kota Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kota Malang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dalam model penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM sektor kuliner di Kota Malang. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM. Selain itu, penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap strategi bisnis UMKM sektor kuliner di Kota Malang. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa optimalisasi pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan teknologi dapat mendukung penyusunan strategi bisnis yang lebih adaptif, meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, serta memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM di era digital.

The advancement of digitalization has driven changes in business management practices, including within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. The implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and the use of Information Technology (IT) have become important factors in supporting information management, decision-making processes, and the development of more effective business strategies. However, in practice, some MSMEs have not yet optimized the use of information systems and technology, resulting in business strategies that are not fully capable of supporting business sustainability and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of Accounting Information System implementation and the use of Information Technology on the business strategies of culinary MSMEs in Malang City.
This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 culinary MSME actors in Malang City selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software to examine the relationships among variables in the research model.
The results indicate that the implementation of Accounting Information Systems has a positive and significant effect on the business strategies of culinary MSMEs in Malang City. The use of Information Technology was also found to have a positive and significant effect on MSME business strategies. Furthermore, the implementation of Accounting Information Systems and the use of Information Technology collectively exert a positive effect on the business strategies of culinary MSMEs in Malang City. These findings indicate that optimizing the use of information systems and technology can support the development of more adaptive business strategies, improve decision-making quality, and strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era.

أدى التطور الرقمي إلى إحداث تغيّرات في إدارة الأعمال، بما في ذلك قطاع المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة. وأصبح تطبيق نظم المعلومات المحاسبية واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات من العوامل المهمة في دعم إدارة المعلومات، وعمليات اتخاذ القرار، وصياغة استراتيجيات أعمال أكثر فاعلية. ومع ذلك، لا يزال بعض أصحاب المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة لا يستفيدون على النحو الأمثل من نظم المعلومات والتكنولوجيا، مما يجعل استراتيجيات الأعمال المطبقة غير قادرة على دعم استدامة الأعمال وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية بالشكل الأمثل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تطبيق نظم المعلومات المحاسبية واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على استراتيجيات الأعمال للمشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الطهي بمدينة مالانغ.
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الكمي باستخدام أسلوب المسح. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع استبيانات على 120 من أصحاب المشروعات في قطاع الطهي بمدينة مالانغ، الذين تم اختيارهم باستخدام أسلوب العينة القصدية (Purposive Sampling). وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية القائمة على المربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM)، بمساعدة برنامج SmartPLS، لاختبار العلاقات بين المتغيرات في نموذج البحث.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق نظم المعلومات المحاسبية يؤثر تأثيرًا إيجابيًا ودالًا إحصائيًا في استراتيجيات الأعمال للمشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الطهي بمدينة مالانغ. كما ثبت أن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات له تأثير إيجابي ودال إحصائيًا على استراتيجيات الأعمال لهذه المشروعات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن تطبيق نظم المعلومات المحاسبية واستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات معًا يسهمان إسهامًا إيجابيًا في تعزيز استراتيجيات الأعمال للمشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الطهي بمدينة مالانغ. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تحسين الاستفادة من نظم المعلومات والتكنولوجيا يمكن أن يدعم إعداد استراتيجيات أعمال أكثر قدرة على التكيف، ويُحسّن جودة اتخاذ القرار، ويعزز القدرة التنافسية واستدامة المشروعات في العصر الرقمي.
