Efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas VIII MTsN 7 Malang

Rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Permasalahan tersebut ditunjukkan oleh kesulitan siswa dalam memahami soal, menyusun model matematika, menggunakan simbol matematika secara tepat, serta kurang optimalnya kerja sama dalam kegiatan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas VIII MTsN 7 Malang.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode quasi experiment dan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN 7 Malang tahun ajaran 2025/2026 semester genap. Sampel penelitian dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas VIII B yang berjumlah 23 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII F yang berjumlah 27 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis, angket keterampilan kolaborasi, dan lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney, Independent Sample T-test, dan uji N-Gain dengan memanfaatkan IBM SPSS Statistics 24 for Windows.

Hasil model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) efektif terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas VIII MTsN 7 Malang. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh: (1) respon kemampuan komunikasi matematis mencapai 83,33%, sedangkan keterampilan kolaborasi mencapai 77,27%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan nilai (0,000<0,05) dan keterampilan kolaborasi sebesar (0,004<0,05). (3) Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,5673 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,2242. Selain itu peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi pada kelas eksperimen juga lebih tinggi, yaitu sebesar 0,4030 dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,3135

The low level of students' mathematical communication skills and collaboration skills in the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables has become a concern. These problems are reflected in students’ difficulties in understanding mathematical problems, constructing mathematical models, using mathematical symbols appropriately, and collaborating effectively in group activities. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the mathematical communication skills and collaboration skills of eighth-grade students at MTsN 7 Malang.

This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students of MTsN 7 Malang in the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample was selected through a simple random sampling technique, resulting in Class VIII B, consisting of 23 students, as the experimental group and Class VIII F, consisting of 27 students, as the control group. Data were collected using research instruments, including a mathematical communication skills test, a collaboration skills questionnaire, and observation sheets. The collected data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney test, Independent Samples T-test, and N-Gain test with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 24 for Windows.

The results of the study indicated that the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model was effective in improving the mathematical communication skills and collaboration skills of eighth-grade students at MTsN 7 Malang. This finding was supported by: (1) positive student responses, with mathematical communication skills reaching 83.33% and collaboration skills reaching 77.27%; (2) significant differences in mathematical communication skills (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and collaboration skills (p = 0.004 < 0.05) between the experimental and control groups; and (3) a higher improvement in mathematical communication skills in the experimental group (0.5673) compared to the control group (0.2242). Likewise, the improvement in collaboration skills was higher in the experimental group (0.4030) than in the control group (0.3135).

تتمثل مشكلة هذا البحث في انخفاض القدرة على التواصل الرياضي ومهارات التعاون لدى الطلبة في مادة نظام المعادلات الخطية في متغيرين. وقد ظهر ذلك من خلال الصعوبات التي يواجهها الطلبة في فهم المسائل الرياضية، وصياغة النماذج الرياضية، واستخدام الرموز الرياضية استخدامًا صحيحًا، بالإضافة إلى ضعف التعاون أثناء الأنشطة الجماعية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية نموذج الفريق المساعد للفردية (TAI) في تنمية القدرة على التواصل الرياضي ومهارات التعاون لدى طلبة الصف الثامن بالمدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية السابعة مالانج.

أُجريت هذه الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الكمي والتصميم شبه التجريبي وفق تصميم الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. وتكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلاب الصف الثامن بالمدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية السابعة بمالانج في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي ٢٠٢٥/٢٠٢٦. واختيرت عينة الدراسة باستخدام أسلوب المعاينة العشوائية البسيطة، حيث بلغ عدد طلاب الصف الثامن (ب) ٢٣ طالبًا بوصفه المجموعة التجريبية، في حين بلغ عدد طلاب الصف الثامن (ف) ٢٧ طالبًا بوصفه المجموعة الضابطة. وجُمعت البيانات باستخدام أدوات البحث المتمثلة في اختبار القدرة على التواصل الرياضي، واستبانة مهارات التعاون، وبطاقة الملاحظة. ثم حُلِّلت البيانات باستخدام اختبار مان–ويتني، واختبار «ت» للعينات المستقلة، واختبار الكسب المعدل، وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج آي بي إم إس بي إس إس ستاتيستيكس الإصدار ٢٤ لنظام ويندوز.

أظهرت نتائج البحث أن نموذج التعلم «الفريق المساعد للفردية» (TAI) فعّال في تنمية القدرة على التواصل الرياضي ومهارات التعاون لدى طلبة الصف الثامن بالمدرسة المتوسطة الإسلامية الحكومية السابعة مالانج. ويتضح ذلك من خلال ما يأتي: (١) بلغت نسبة الاستجابة للقدرة على التواصل الرياضي ٨٣٫٣٣٪، في حين بلغت نسبة الاستجابة لمهارات التعاون ٧٧٫٢٧٪. (٢) وُجد فرق دال إحصائيًا في القدرة على التواصل الرياضي بقيمة (٠٫٠٠٠ < ٠٫٠٥)، وفي مهارات التعاون بقيمة (٠٫٠٠٤ < ٠٫٠٥). (٣) بلغ مقدار التحسن في القدرة على التواصل الرياضي لدى المجموعة التجريبية ٠٫٥٦٧٣، وهو أعلى من المجموعة الضابطة التي بلغت ٠٫٢٢٤٢. كما كان التحسن في مهارات التعاون لدى المجموعة التجريبية أعلى أيضًا، حيث بلغ ٠٫٤٠٣٠ مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة التي بلغت ٠٫٣١٣٥
