فعالية استخدام وسيلة TALKPAL AI في تعليم مهارة الكلام بمدرسة السلام الثانوية بانجيلان توبان

ARABIC:

تواجه عملية تعليم مهارة الكلام في المدرسة الثانوية السلام بانجيلان توبان بعض المشكلات، مثل ضعف الطلاقة، وقلة الثقة بالنفس، وصعوبة استخدام المفردات والتراكيب العربية أثناء التحدث. لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى: (1) وصف تطبيق TalkPal AI في تنمية مهارة الكلام، (٢) معرفة فعالية استخدام وسيلة TalkPal AIفي تعليم مهارة الكلام، و(٣) معرفة استجابات الطلاب نحو استخدام هذه الوسيلة.

استخدم الباحث المنهج المختلط (Mixed Methods) باستخدام التصميم الاستكشافي التتابعي (Sequential Exploratory Design). واستُخدم المنهج النوعي للإجابة عن سؤال البحث الأول من خلال الملاحظة بالمشاركة، والمقابلة، والتوثيق، بينما استُخدم المنهج الكمي للإجابة عن سؤالي البحث الثاني والثالث باستخدام تصميم شبه تجريبي من نوع Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. وتكونت عينة البحث من طلاب الصف الحادي عشر، حيث كان الصف الحادي عشر (ب) مجموعةً تجريبية، وكان الصف الحادي عشر (ج) مجموعةً ضابطة. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال الاختبار، والاستبانة، والتوثيق، ثم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS عبر اختبار الطبيعية، والتجانس، واختبار Independent Sample T-Test، واختبار N-Gain.

وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن: (1) استخدام TalkPal AI فعّال في تنمية مهارة الكلام، حيث بلغ متوسط نتائج الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية 74.84، وهو أعلى من المجموعة الضابطة التي بلغت 50.30، كما أظهرت نتائج N-Gain مستوى تحسن متوسطًا؛ و(2) قدم الطلاب استجابات إيجابية نحو استخدام TalkPal AI لأنه يساعد على زيادة الدافعية، والثقة بالنفس، والطلاقة، وتحسين النطق باللغة العربية. وبذلك تُعد وسيلة TalkPal AI وسيلة تعليمية فعالة وحديثة في تعليم مهارة الكلام.

وتتفق هذه النتائج مع نظرية براون (Brown) التي تؤكد أهمية الممارسة المستمرة والتغذية الراجعة في تنمية مهارة الكلام، كما تدعمها الدراسات الحديثة التي بينت أن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تسهم في تحسين الطلاقة اللغوية، ودقة النطق، والثقة بالنفس لدى المتعلمين.

ENGLISH:

Arabic speaking instruction at Al-Salam Senior High School Bangilan Tuban still encounters several challenges, including low speaking fluency, lack of self-confidence, and difficulties in using Arabic vocabulary and grammatical structures during oral communication. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of TalkPal AI in developing Arabic speaking skills; (2) examine the effectiveness of TalkPal AI in teaching Arabic speaking skills; and (3) investigate students’ responses toward the use of this medium.

This study employed a Mixed Methods approach using a Sequential Exploratory Design. The qualitative approach was used to answer the first research question through participant observation, interviews, and documentation, while the quantitative approach was utilized to answer the second and third research questions through a quasi-experimental design of the Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design type. The participants consisted of eleventh-grade students, with Class XI B serving as the experimental group and Class XI C as the control group. Data were collected through tests, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using SPSS through normality, homogeneity, Independent Sample T-Test, and N-Gain analyses.

The findings revealed that: (1) TalkPal AI was effective in developing students’ Arabic speaking skills, as indicated by the experimental group's posttest mean score of 74.84, which was higher than the control group's mean score of 50.30, and an N-Gain result categorized as moderate; and (2) students showed positive responses toward the use of TalkPal AI because it enhanced their motivation, self-confidence, speaking fluency, and Arabic pronunciation. Therefore, TalkPal AI can be considered an effective and innovative learning medium for teaching Arabic speaking skills.

These findings are consistent with Brown’s theory, which emphasizes the importance of continuous language practice and feedback in developing speaking skills, and are further supported by recent studies demonstrating that artificial intelligence-based applications contribute to improving learners’ fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and self-confidence.

INDONESIA:

Pembelajaran maharah kalam di SMA Al-Salam Bangilan Tuban masih menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, seperti rendahnya kelancaran berbicara, kurangnya rasa percaya diri, serta kesulitan menggunakan kosakata dan struktur bahasa Arab saat berbicara. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan TalkPal AI dalam pengembangan maharah kalam, (2) mengetahui efektivitas penggunaannya, dan (3) mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan media tersebut.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mixed Methods) dengan desain Sequential Exploratory Design. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah pertama melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah kedua dan ketiga dengan desain Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas siswa kelas XI B sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan XI C sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan TalkPal AI efektif dalam mengembangkan maharah kalam, ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen sebesar 74,84 yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 50,30 serta hasil N-Gain pada kategori sedang; dan (2) siswa memberikan tanggapan positif karena TalkPal AI mampu meningkatkan motivasi, rasa percaya diri, kelancaran berbicara, dan pelafalan bahasa Arab.

Temuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan teori Brown yang menekankan pentingnya praktik berbahasa secara berkelanjutan dan pemberian umpan balik dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbicara. Selain itu, penelitian-penelitian terkini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan dapat meningkatkan kelancaran berbahasa, ketepatan pelafalan, dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik.
