الوجودية للشخصية الرئيسية في رواية "وسواس" لأحمد ربيع : دراسة لوغوثيرابية لفيكتور فرانكل

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل أشكال الوجودية لدى الشخصية الرئيسية في رواية وسواس لأحمد ربيعة باستخدام منظور العلاج بالمعنى لفيكتور فرانكل من خلال منهج علم النفس الإنساني. ويُعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية النوعية باستخدام أسلوب البحث المكتبي (Library Research). وتتمثل بيانات البحث في المقتطفات السردية، والحوارات، والمونولوجات الداخلية للشخصية الرئيسية في رواية وسواس التي تُظهر أشكال الوجودية، وهي: الأزمة الوجودية، وحرية تحديد المواقف الحياتية، وعملية اكتشاف معنى الحياة. أما المصدر الرئيس للبيانات فهو رواية وسواس لأحمد ربيعة، في حين تم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية من الكتب، والمجلات العلمية، والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بنظرية العلاج بالمعنى لفيكتور فرانكل. وقد جُمعت البيانات باستخدام أسلوب القراءة والتدوين، بينما استُخدم في تحليل البيانات نموذج التحليل التفاعلي لمايلز وهوبرمان الذي يشمل: (1) تقليص البيانات، و(2) عرض البيانات، و(3) استخلاص النتائج. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن: (1) الشخصية الرئيسية تعاني من أشكال متعددة من الأزمات الوجودية المرتبطة بمفهوم إرادة المعنى (Will to Meaning)، والمتمثلة في الشعور بالفراغ والخلاء النفسي، والأزمة الوجودية الداخلية، وحالة عدم الرضا النفسي التي تسببت في فقدان الشخصية للاتجاه ومعنى الحياة؛ (2) ظهر مفهوم حرية الإرادة (Freedom of Will) من خلال حرية الشخصية في اتخاذ قرارات الحياة، ومواجهة الصراعات النفسية، وتحديد موقفها تجاه المعاناة، وتحمل نتائج أفعالها؛ و(3) تجلت عملية اكتشاف معنى الحياة (Meaning of Life) من خلال القيم الأساسية الثلاث في العلاج بالمعنى عند فيكتور فرانكل، وهي: القيم الإبداعية (Creative Values) ، والقيم الخبراتية (Experiential Values) ، والقيم الموقفية (Attitudinal Values). وبذلك، يبين هذا البحث أن المعاناة، والصراع النفسي، والفراغ الوجودي يمكن أن تصبح عملية تأمل ذاتي تقود الإنسان إلى اكتشاف معنى الحياة.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the forms of existentialism experienced by the main character in the novel Waswas by Ahmad Rabbie using Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy perspective through a humanistic psychology approach. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a library research design. The data of this study consist of narrative excerpts, dialogues, and monologues of the main character in the novel Waswas that indicate forms of existentialism, namely existential crisis, freedom in determining life attitudes, and the process of discovering meaning in life. The primary data source of this research is the novel Waswas by Ahmad Rabbie, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and previous studies relevant to Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy theory. Data were collected through reading and note-taking techniques, while the data analysis used the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, which includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing.The results of the study show that: (1) the main character experiences various forms of existential crisis related to the concept of will to meaning, including feelings of emptiness and inner void, inner existential crisis, and inner dissatisfaction that cause the character to lose direction and meaning in life; (2) the concept of freedom of will is reflected through the character’s freedom in making life choices, facing inner conflicts, determining attitudes toward suffering, and accepting the consequences of his actions; and (3) the process of discovering the meaning of life (meaning of life) is found through the three main values in Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy, namely creative values, experiential values, and attitudinal values. Thus, this study shows that suffering, inner conflict, and existential emptiness can become a process of self-reflection that leads individuals toward the discovery of meaning in life.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk eksistensialisme pada tokoh utama dalam novel Waswas karya Ahmad Rabbie dengan menggunakan perspektif logoterapi Viktor Frankl melalui pendekatan psikologi humanistic. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data penelitian berupa kutipan narasi, dialog, dan monolog tokoh utama dalam novel Waswas yang menunjukkan dari bentuk-bentuk eksistensialisme yaitu, krisis eksistensial, kebebasan menentukan sikap hidup, serta proses penemuan makna hidup. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah novel Waswas karya Ahmad Rabbie, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan teori logoterapi Viktor Frankl. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik baca dan catat, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tokoh utama mengalami berbagai bentuk krisis eksistensial yang berkaitan dengan konsep will to meaning, berupa perasaan hampa dan kosong batin, krisis eksistensial batin, serta rasa ketidakpuasan batin yang menyebabkan tokoh kehilangan arah dan makna hidup; (2) konsep freedom of will terlihat melalui kebebasan tokoh dalam menentukan pilihan hidup, menghadapi konflik batin, menentukan sikap terhadap penderitaan, serta menerima konsekuensi dari tindakannya; dan (3) proses penemuan makna hidup (meaning of life) ditemukan melalui tiga nilai utama dalam logoterapi Viktor Frankl, yaitu creative values, experiential values, dan attitudinal values. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderitaan, konflik batin, dan kehampaan eksistensial dapat menjadi proses refleksi diri yang mengarahkan individu pada penemuan makna hidup.
