Neuro Collab: Inclusive Collaboration Space for Youth Creativity

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang sedang mengalami perkembangan identitas, kemampuan sosial, dan kreativitas. Namun, keterbatasan ruang publik yang inklusif, minimnya fasilitas kolaborasi, serta kurangnya wadah ekspresi kreatif menyebabkan potensi remaja belum terfasilitasi secara optimal. Di Kota Blitar, belum terdapat fasilitas yang mampu mengakomodasi berbagai aktivitas kreatif, edukatif, dan sosial dalam satu lingkungan yang mendukung interaksi serta keberagaman pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dirancang Youth Collaboration Center sebagai ruang kolaboratif yang mewadahi kegiatan belajar, berkarya, berkomunitas, dan berekreasi bagi remaja. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Inclusive Architecture berbasis Neurocognitive, yang tidak hanya memperhatikan aksesibilitas fisik bagi seluruh pengguna, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan cara manusia memahami, merasakan, dan berinteraksi dengan ruang. Pendekatan ini diterapkan melalui prinsip Path of Clarity, Symphony of Nature, Language of Light, dan Journey of Belonging untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mudah dipahami, nyaman secara sensori, mendukung kreativitas, serta menumbuhkan rasa memiliki. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui analisis pengguna, aktivitas, kebutuhan ruang, tapak, sirkulasi, dan kondisi lingkungan. Hasil perancangan berupa bangunan dengan organisasi ruang yang terbagi menjadi Creative Space, Spotlight Space, Public Space, dan Leisure Space yang terhubung melalui sirkulasi inklusif dan ruang komunal. Bentuk bangunan dikembangkan dari konsep keterhubungan dan kolaborasi melalui massa yang mengelilingi courtyard sebagai pusat aktivitas sosial. Diharapkan Youth Collaboration Center dapat menjadi wadah pengembangan potensi remaja sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif, kreatif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan kognitif serta sosial pengguna.

Adolescents are an age group undergoing significant development in identity formation, social skills, and creativity. However, the limited availability of inclusive public spaces, inadequate collaborative facilities, and the lack of platforms for creative expression have hindered the optimal development of their potential. In Blitar City, there is currently no facility capable of accommodating various creative, educational, and social activities within a single environment that supports interaction and user diversity. Therefore, a Youth Collaboration Center is proposed as a collaborative space that facilitates learning, creative production, community engagement, and recreational activities for adolescents. The design adopts an Inclusive Architecture approach based on Neurocognitive principles, which not only emphasizes physical accessibility for all users but also considers how people perceive, understand, and interact with space. This approach is implemented through the principles of Path of Clarity, Symphony of Nature, Language of Light, and Journey of Belonging to create an environment that is easy to navigate, sensorially comfortable, supportive of creativity, and capable of fostering a sense of belonging. The design process involves analyses of users, activities, spatial requirements, site conditions, circulation systems, and environmental factors. The resulting design consists of spatial zones categorized into Creative Space, Spotlight Space, Public Space, and Leisure Space, all interconnected through inclusive circulation and communal areas. The building form is developed from the concept of connectivity and collaboration, expressed through building masses arranged around a courtyard that serves as the center of social activities. The proposed Youth Collaboration Center is expected to function as a platform for adolescent development while creating an inclusive, creative environment that supports the cognitive and social well-being of its users.

يُعَدُّ المراهقون فئةً عمرية تمرُّ بمرحلةٍ مهمةٍ من تطور الهوية والمهارات الاجتماعية والإبداعية. إلا أن محدودية الفضاءات العامة الشاملة، وقلة المرافق الداعمة للتعاون، ونقص المساحات المخصصة للتعبير الإبداعي، قد أدت إلى عدم استثمار إمكانات الشباب على النحو الأمثل. وفي مدينة بليتار، لا توجد حتى الآن منشأة قادرة على استيعاب مختلف الأنشطة الإبداعية والتعليمية والاجتماعية ضمن بيئة واحدة تدعم التفاعل وتراعي تنوع المستخدمين. ومن هذا المنطلق، تم تصميم مركز تعاون الشباب بوصفه فضاءً تعاونياً يوفّر بيئة مناسبة للتعلّم والإبداع والعمل المجتمعي والأنشطة الترفيهية للمراهقين. يعتمد التصميم على منهج العمارة الشاملة القائمة على المبادئ العصبية المعرفية ، والتي لا تقتصر على مراعاة سهولة الوصول المادي لجميع المستخدمين فحسب، بل تأخذ أيضاً في الاعتبار كيفية إدراك الإنسان للفراغات المعمارية وفهمها والتفاعل معها. وقد تم تطبيق هذا المنهج من خلال مبادئ وضوح المسار ، وتناغم الطبيعة ، ولغة الضوء ، ورحلة الانتماء ، بهدف إيجاد بيئة يسهل فهمها والتنقل فيها، وتتميز بالراحة الحسية، وتدعم الإبداع، وتعزز الشعور بالانتماء. وقد تم تنفيذ عملية التصميم من خلال تحليل المستخدمين والأنشطة والاحتياجات الفراغية والموقع والحركة والظروف البيئية. وأسفرت عملية التصميم عن مبنى يتكون من تنظيم فراغي مقسّم إلى المساحات الإبداعية ، ومساحات العروض والأنشطة ، والمساحات العامة ، ومساحات الترفيه ، والتي ترتبط فيما بينها عبر مسارات شاملة ومساحات مجتمعية مشتركة. كما تم تطوير الشكل المعماري انطلاقاً من مفهوم الترابط والتعاون، من خلال كتل بنائية تحيط بفناءٍ داخلي يُشكّل مركزاً للأنشطة الاجتماعية. ويُتوقع أن يسهم مركز تعاون الشباب في تنمية قدرات المراهقين وإمكاناتهم، إلى جانب توفير بيئة شاملة ومبدعة تدعم الرفاه المعرفي والاجتماعي لمستخدميه.
