الصدمة النفسية لدى الشخصية الرئيسية في رواية ”لَنْ أَبْكِيْ“ لنعمة الخالد على ضوء نظرية الصدمة لجوديث هيرمان: دراسة علم النفس الأدبي

تُعدّ دراسة الصدمة النفسية التي تعانيها الشخصية الرئيسية في ضوء منظور جوديث هيرمان موضوعًا مهمًّا وجديرًا بالبحث عند ربطه بالأعمال الأدبية العربية، ولا سيّما رواية ”لن أبكي“ للكاتبة نعمة الخالد. وتنبع أهمية هذا الموضوع من قدرته على الكشف عن أشكال الصدمة النفسية، وأعراض ما بعد الصدمة، وكذلك محاولات التعافي الواردة في الرواية. لذلك، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل رواية ”لن أبكي“ للكاتبة نعمة الخالد اعتمادًا على منظور الصدمة النفسية ومرحلة التعافي عند جوديث هيرمان. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة: (1) أشكال الصدمة النفسية التي تعانيها الشخصية النسائية نور؛ (2) أعراض ما بعد الصدمة؛ (3) ومحاولات التعافي التي مرت بها الشخصية النسائية نور. ويعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الكيفي. أمّا مصدر البيانات الرئيس في هذا البحث فهو رواية ”لن أبكي“ لنعمة الخالد، الصادرة سنة 2024 عن دار يمن بوك للنشر الإلكتروني. وقد استُخدمت في جمع البيانات طريقة القراءة والتدوين، في حين تمثلت تقنية تحليل البيانات في تقليل البيانات، وعرضها، ثم استخلاص النتائج. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن أشكال الصدمة النفسية التي عانتها الشخصية النسائية نور تتمثل في: الصدمة الحادة بعدد (5) بيانات، والصدمة المعقدة بعدد (4) بيانات. أمّا أعراض ما بعد الصدمة فقد شملت: فرط الاستثارة (Hyperarousal) بعدد (5) بيانات، والتطفل (Intrusion) بعدد (2) بيانات، والتقييد أو الانقباض (Constriction) بعدد (3) بيانات. وفيما يتعلق بمحاولات التعافي من الصدمة التي قامت بها الشخصية نور، فقد انقسمت إلى ثلاث مراحل، وهي: مرحلة الأمان (Safety) بعدد (2) بيانات، ومرحلة التذكّر والحِداد بعدد (Remembrance and Mourning) (2) بيانات، ومرحلة إعادة التواصل (Reconnection) بعدد (2) بيانات.

ABSTRACT

The study of the psychological trauma of the main character based on Judith Herman’s perspective is an interesting topic to be associated with an Arabic literary work, especially the novel “Lan Abki” by Nema Al-Khalid. Both are highly interesting as topics of discussion because they can simultaneously reveal the forms of trauma, post-traumatic symptoms, and recovery efforts portrayed in a novel. Therefore, this study analyzes the novel “Lan Abki” by Nema Al-Khalid based on Judith Herman’s perspective on trauma and recovery efforts. This study aims to identify: 1) the forms of trauma experienced by the female character Nur; 2) the post-traumatic symptoms; and 3) the recovery efforts experienced by the female character Nur. This study employs a qualitative research method. The primary data source of this research is the novel “Lan Abki” by Nema Al-Khalid, published in 2024 by Yaman Book for Electronic Publishing. The data collection techniques used in this study are reading and note-taking. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the forms of trauma experienced by the female character Nur include: 5 data of acute trauma and 4 data of chronic trauma. Furthermore, the post-traumatic symptoms include: 5 data of hyperarousal, 2 data of intrusion, and 3 data of constriction. In addition, the trauma recovery efforts undertaken by the character Nur consist of three stages: the safety stage with 2 data, the remembrance and mourning stage with 2 data, and the reconnection stage with 2 data.

ABSTRAK

Kajian trauma psikologis tokoh utama berdasarkan perspektif Judith Herman merupakan sebuah topik pembahasan yang menarik untuk dikaitkan dengan sebuah karya sastra Bahasa Arab, khusunya dalam novel “Lan Abki” Karya Nema Al-Khalid. Keduanya sangat menarik menjadi topik pembahasan, karena dapat mengungkapkan bentuk trauma, gejala pascatrauma, serta upaya pemulihan yang ada dalam sebuah novel sekaligus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menganalisis novel “Lan Abki” Karya Nema Al-Khalid berdasarkan perspektif Trauma dan Upaya Pemulihan Judith Herman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) bentuk trauma yang dialami oleh tokoh perempuan Nur; 2) gejala pascatrauma; 3) serta upaya pemulihan yang dialami oleh tokoh perempuan Nur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah novel “Lan Abki” Karya Nema Al-Khalid yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2024 oleh Yaman Buk linashr al-iliktroni. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data yaitu berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk trauma yang dialami oleh tokoh perempuan Nur meliputi; trauma akut 5 data dan trauma kronis 4 data. Kemudian gejala pascatrauma meliputi; hyperarousal 5 data, intrusion 2 data, dan constriction 3 data. Serta, pada bagian upaya pemulihan trauma yang dilakukan oleh tokoh Nur menggunakan tiga upaya yang terbagi menjadi; tahap keamanan (safety) 2 data, tahap mengingat dan berduka 2 data, serta tahap rekoneksi 2 data.
