Pengaruh biaya promosi, biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan, jumlah kantor terhadap dana pihak ketiga (dpk) pada bprs Indonesia periode 2020 – 2024

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya promosi, biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta jumlah kantor terhadap penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) pada BPRS di Indonesia selama periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berbentuk time series yang merujuk pada laporan Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS) tahun 2020 - 2024. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS 26. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya promosi tidak berpenaruh signifikan terhadap DPK (sig. 0,112). Sebaliknya, biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan serta jumlah kantor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DPK dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,005 dan 0,000. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dana pihak ketiga BPRS di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya investasi modal manusia dan perluasan jaringan kantor dalam memperkuat kinerja penhimpunan dana di BPRS.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of promotion costs, education and training costs, and the number of offices on third party funds (DPK) collection at BPRS in Indonesia during the period 2020–2024. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through documentation. The data used is secondary time series data obtained from the 2020 - 2024 Islamic Banking Statistics (SPS) reports. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 26 software. Partially, the results of the study showed that the promotion cost did not have a significant impact on deposits (sig. 0.112). On the other hand, the cost of education and training and the number of offices have a significant effect on deposits with significance values of 0.005 and 0.000, respectively. Simultaneously, the results of the F test showed a significance value of 0.000, which proves that the three independent variables together have a significant effect on BPRS third-party funds in Indonesia. The results of this study highlight the importance of human capital investment and the expansion of office networks in strengthening the fundraising performance at BPRS.

أجريت هذه الدراسة لتحليل تأثير تكاليف الترقية، وتكاليف التعليم والتدريب، وعدد المكاتب على جمع الأموال من الأطراف الثالثة (DPK) في BPRS في إندونيسيا خلال الفترة 2020–2024. تستخدم هذه الدراسة طريقة كمية باستخدام تقنيات جمع البيانات من خلال التوثيق. البيانات المستخدمة هي بيانات ثانوية على شكل سلسلة زمنية تشير إلى تقرير إحصاءات المصرفية الشرعية (SPS) للفترة 2020 - 2024. تم إجراء تحليل البيانات باستخدام انحدار خطي متعدد عبر برنامج SPSS 26. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة جزئيا أن تكلفة الترويج لم يكن لها تأثير كبير على الودائع (التوقيع 0.112). من ناحية أخرى، كان لتكلفة التعليم والتدريب وعدد المكاتب تأثير كبير على الودائع التي بلغت قيمتها ذات الدلالة 0.005 و0.000 على التوالي. وفي الوقت نفسه، أظهرت نتائج اختبار F قيمة دلالة تبلغ 0.000، مما يثبت أن المتغيرات الثلاثة المستقلة معا لها تأثير كبير على صناديق الأطراف الثالثة التابعة ل BPRS في إندونيسيا. تسلط نتائج هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري وتوسيع شبكات المكاتب في تعزيز أداء جمع التبرعات في BPRS.
