Pengaruh pemberdayaan Zakat Produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik dengan etos kerja sebagai variabel intervening

Kemiskinan menjadi salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh negara Indonesia. Kemiskinan menjadi problematika yang sangat serius karena setiap tahun akan mengalami peningkatan. Terdapat banyak faktor dari terjadinya kemiskinan yaitu dalam bidang ekonomi khususnya. Sehingga diperlukan adanya suatu mekanisme yang mampu mengalirkan kekayaan di mana orang yang mampu harus membantu kepada orang yang kurang mampu, Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh faktor kultural, pendidikan dan kesempatan kerja serta faktor kebijakan struktural yang tidak berpihak kepada orang-orang lemah. Faktor struktural ini tentu saja tugas dari pemerintah yang perlu juga diperjuangkan oleh kaum. Dibutuhkan sesuatu tata cara serta instrumen yang dapat memberdayakan serta membagikan kemudahan untuk mereka yang mempunyai kurang dana buat dapat memperoleh akses usaha. Salah satu instrumen tersebut merupakan pemberdayaan zakat produktif, yaitu sumber dana yang terus mengalir cocok dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi warga muslim,.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik dengan etos kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda

Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mustahik penerima zakat produktif di LAZ Yatim Mandiri Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan zakat produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik, etos kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik, dan etos kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pemberdayaan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan program zakat produktif melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar mustahik dapat mandiri dan bertransformasi menjadi muzakki.

Poverty is one of the major problems faced by Indonesia, and it remains a serious concern as its level increases each year. Numerous factors contribute to poverty, particularly in the economic sector. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to redistribute wealth so that those who are capable can assist those who are less fortunate. This condition is influenced by cultural factors, education, employment opportunities, and structural policies that often do not favor vulnerable communities. Addressing these structural issues is primarily the responsibility of the government, although they also require collective action from society. Thus, appropriate instruments and mechanisms are required to empower individuals and provide access to capital for those who lack financial resources. One such instrument is productive zakat empowerment, which provides a continuous flow of funds aligned with the economic development of the Muslim community.

This study aims to analyze the effect of productive zakat empowerment on mustahik welfare, with work ethic as an intervening variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis.

Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to mustahik who received productive zakat assistance from LAZ Yatim Mandiri in Malang. The findings reveal that productive zakat empowerment has a positive and significant effect on mustahik welfare; work ethic also positively influences mustahik welfare; and work ethic mediates the relationship between productive zakat empowerment and mustahik welfare. The study implies that productive zakat programs need to be strengthened through continuous training and mentoring to help mustahik become self-reliant and eventually transition into muzakki.

تُعدّ الفقر من أهم المشكلات التي تواجه إندونيسيا، وقد أصبح قضية خطيرة نظرًا لزيادة معدلاته كل عام. وتعود أسباب الفقر إلى عوامل متعددة، خاصة في المجال الاقتصادي. ومن ثمّ، تبرز الحاجة إلى آلية لإعادة توزيع الثروة بحيث يساعد القادرون من هم أقل قدرة. وتتأثر هذه المشكلة بعوامل ثقافية وتعليمية وفرص العمل، إضافة إلى السياسات الهيكلية التي غالبًا لا تصب في مصلحة الفئات الضعيفة. وتُعدّ معالجة هذه العوامل الهيكلية من مسؤوليات الحكومة، إلا أنها تتطلب أيضًا جهودًا مشتركة من المجتمع. ولذلك، هناك حاجة إلى أدوات وآليات قادرة على تمكين الفقراء وتسهيل حصولهم على رأس المال لبدء مشاريعهم. ومن أهم هذه الأدوات تمكين الزكاة الإنتاجية، وهي مصدر تمويلي مستمر يتوافق مع نمو الاقتصاد في المجتمع المسلم.

وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير تمكين الزكاة الإنتاجية على رفاهية المستحقين، مع اعتبار أخلاقيات العمل متغيرًا وسيطًا. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي مع تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. وتم الحصول على البيانات من خلال توزيع الاستبيانات على المستحقين المستفيدين من برنامج الزكاة الإنتاجية في مؤسسة يتيم منديري بمدينة مالانج. وتظهر نتائج الدراسة أن تمكين الزكاة الإنتاجية له تأثير إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية على رفاهية المستحقين،

كما أن لأخلاقيات العمل تأثيرًا إيجابيًا على رفاهيتهم، بالإضافة إلى أن أخلاقيات العمل تُثبت دورها كوسيط بين تمكين الزكاة الإنتاجية ورفاهية المستحقين. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز برامج الزكاة الإنتاجية من خلال التدريب المستمر والمتابعة الدائمة، بما يساعد المستحقين على تحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي والتحول لاحقًا إلى مزكّين.
